Penguins included bus ride from 3:00pm to midnight that was substituted last minute with 90 minutes in a beach town with nothing to do an hour at an abandoned visitor center with nothing to do and a tour guide who talked for ten minutes about penguins and a tour of penguins for an hour. Got separated from the group on a flight because they overbooked the tour. Tons of optional activities that you pay for. Included activities were mostly things that could be done for free on your own. No communication between company and tour guide as far as payments made prior to trip
