Oceania Tours in October 2025

Both Isobel & Dave were amazing, passionate & informative on all aspects of my 17 day tour. Expectations met for dining, tour options, Accommodation, time frames & no request or question was a bother or disregarded. 10/10 on both of these amazing people!!! Brilliant from start to finish. So we'll organised with the lovely Isobel talking us through the various stops , great knowledge and anecdotes as well coupled with Dave driving us safely around. Thoroughly recommend it.

The scenery and the included and optional activities were overwhelmingly great. The itinerary packs in a lot with sufficient time to enjoy it all. This was my first ever coach tour and I’m traditionally a poor passenger in any vehicle but the coach was very comfortable and I had no trouble. The tour guide was priceless with her informative and entertaining commentary. The accommodation and meals were all excellent choices. Taking it from North to South was the right choice because that left the best to last. As a bonus, take the city tram hop on/off tour when in Christchurch, it’s well worthwhile.

I thought this was a great itinerary with lots of options. I appreciated that our time is not wasted and our tour director always had everything ready for us. Tony was a spectacular guide. Very entertaining while keeping everyone on schedule.

Loved every minute of this trip. The itinerary was perfect. The opportunities to experience the beauty of this magical state were varied and sites well chosen. Loved seeing the fairy penguins in Burnie. Cradle mountain with the wombats was a highlight. Loved the Gordon River cruise. Accommodation was comfortable and staff were very welcoming. Meals were excellent . So nice to have a good breakfast before setting out. We would certainly travel with AATKings again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our Tasmania tour with AAT Kings. Caroline and Sam were a wonderful team, knowledgeable, informative, friendly and helpful in every way. The group of fellow passengers was excellent, a good mix. The tour was comprehensive and diverse. Rugged but beautiful west coast which was wonderful to see, then an extreme contrast on the east coast with magnificent scenery around Freycinet. . We loved Richmond, and Port Arthur….both historic and unique. So much history in Tasmania. One criticism would be the big number of passengers…over 40, in total, which meant a full bus and very limited views when travelling, and some comfort compromised with virtually every seat occupied. Certainly would travel again with AAT Kings and would recommend them to friends.
