Nepal guide Treks successfully arranged for me only for Chulu Far East 6059m in October 2017. I already climb Dufourspitze which is the highest mountain in Switzerland.So, I had experience in peak climbing. In October, we trekked to pisang and towards the Chulu Far East Peak. We successfully climb Chulu far east Peak with the help of Our Guide Ang Dendi Sherpa and porters. View from Chulu, that image was beyond your imagination. When we back from Chulu, we can see world's highest altitude lake "Tilicho lake" that was an awesome experience I ever had. We celebrate party in Pokhara to successful climb Chulu Far East Peak.

My partner and I had the most amazing experience with this local travel specialist. We completed the three high passes + EBC trail, with my partner even going on to summit Island Peak (successfully!). Our guide Kanchha Tamang made sure we had the best experience - a well planned itinerary to ensure we acclimatised properly, looking out for any signs of AMS, looking after us when we both got sick with viruses on the trail. We had flexibility to change our itinerary a bit to maximise our chance of the best views as we were walking quicker than expected. Kanchha always made sure we had fun, made great memories, learned lots about the culture and history of the regions we were in, and supported us so well through what can be a pretty challenging few weeks on the trail. We miss him already! Special shout-out to our amazing porter Jiban, without whom the trek would not have been possible and for whom we are so grateful. And another special mention to Rajendra who managed our trip and who goes truly above and beyond for his clients. When we mentioned to Kanchha we were interested in exploring Pokhara after our trek had finished, he called Rajendra who then arranged everything for us (flights, accomodation, recommendations for activities, booked us in for paragliding). When we got stranded in Lukla for a few days due to grounded planes, it is due to the tireless efforts of Kanchha & Rajendra that we were able to get out of the mountains on a helicopter and continue our holiday.

We, 3 friends, travel to South Asia for 2 Months especially focus on India, Nepal and Bhutan for Trekking and Peak Climbing. In India, We trekking in Ladakh for 13 days that was wonderful for us. Then we fly to Nepal for Peak climbing with Nepal Guide Treks. Next day, we headed toward Dhunche(a place) by bus then after we trek about 5-6 hrs every day for next 12 days. that was hard to us but also enjoy the beautiful nature, landscape of surrounded place of Langtang Valley. Our Guide Lakpa Sherpa and porters was helpful for us. Lakpa told us, various thing about Yala Peak, Langtang Village and valley, peoples and Culture. We moved forward Yala Base Camp and then to Yala Peak. That was easy forward trekking peak with help of using crampons and ropes. When we top of Yala Peak, that was awesome of himalaya like Dorje Lakpa, Langtang Lirung, Naya Kanga Peak and other snow-capped mountains. Everything went well and scrency from top of the peak was breathtaking. We back to base camp and then back to Kathmandu. Larkpa Sherpa was great guide to us. His guidance can achieve the Yala Peak. I did the Mera Peak trekking over 15 days, organized by local tour specialists. Mr. Krishna Subedi (Kris) is the manager of the organization. He is a very good co-ordinator, puts you immediately on whatsapp when you arrive, and keeps following up your trekking and summit experience. When there were small problems, he immediately took action and contacted the right people. My guide Mr. Neyma Sherpa was also very helpfull and an excellent guide. The trek itself was very enjoyable. The Tea houses were very good and they were very flexible when i prefered another teahouse than the one they already booked. A few extra things to keep in mind: - The month May used to be the best month for Mera Peak but we had a lot of rain... May-be April or October is becoming better now... - Listen to your guide at all times and don't go up to fast. The trekking is also about acclimatizing. Sometimes you need that extra day at 4000m... - Take a portable solar panel with you and a power bank. (min 12W, 20W is better). It will pay itself back. You pay a lot in the teahouses to get your phone charged (a lot of them also use solar power). - I personally prefer not to rent climbing gear but to take my own. I always hike and climb with the same pair of C boots with semi-automatic crampons. My C boots are big enough to wear 2 pair of socks if necessary. My smartwhool socks were warm enough on the summit day (-10 to -15 °C) - Take a porter. They are not expensive and your hiking comfort will increase a lot. - Don't forget to use sunscreen, especially on the summit day when you leave at 2 am in the dark and you're not thinking about the sun at that time. - Make sure you are in excellent physical shape. After the summit, you will need 3 more days to get to Lukla.
