I am a late riser so getting up early EVERY DAY was troubling... otherwise the trip was good. The guides may be asked to take the speed of walking to average level and not fast so that few of slow walkers were finding it difficult to cope up.
Four amazing countries in one trip! Each place had its own unique charm, and the itinerary was perfectly balanced. Switzerland’s Alps and Italy’s gelato were highlights!

Europamundo was such an amazing tour company to book Everything was so fabulous and the tour itself was amazing. Our guide Paula was so informative, splendid, lovely I am so impressed she always did her informational in multiple languages to ensure no one missed anything. I learned so much more than I would have seeing Italy on my own.

The tour was incredible. There were times we drove more than toured areas so that was a little bit of a bummer but the countries were very spread out so I understand. Only thing was the BMW Welt was a little boring and would have been more fun taking a tour of the olympia park and learned more about the Munich massacre but we got to walk down to it on our own.
The trip was good. Just need to be considerate about the comfort of your clients on the hotels you choose to book them, somewhere that will make them more comfortable after a long day trip. Some of your guides are exceptionally very good, however some of your guides does not know how to communicate well with their passengers hence some miscommunication. The rest of the trip was well organized, you have very good bus drivers. Just need to improve some your itineraries.
