Overall i had a good time. the things i didnt like were the overpacked itinaries, due to that, people usually left hotels at 0730 in the morning and checked into hotels at 1030pm the same day. this should be limited to a maximum of 12 hrs. other things included hotels not being in central areas or places where we could as travellers find it easy to commute especially after dropping us off in the city and not offering a pick up back to the hotels. due to it being summer most of us were sticky, hot and less than impressed. the tour guides seemed to work to their bone and was difficult to get large groups gathered..not that it was the tour guides fault but the amount of people in each group. being a single travller, i joined about 5 groups so i can say that was definitely the case everytime. one of the days we were dropped off at X location and told that we would be picked up at Y location. we all felt lost.. ended up getting a taxi just to get from lost point to Y to get the bus to the hotel. being a single traveller, i didnt get to know who i was paired with all the time and some hotels only had 1 key which made life very difficult for both of us. also, some groups had dinners packaged with their trips this wasnt told to me so the 2nd day i followed a group and basically was told i couldnt join in so i had to loiter around to another restaurant barely knew what they served and had a terrible meal. overall, 5/10. i wouldnt travel with europamundo again.

The biggest trip that was on the itinerary that was excluded was the train ride from Innsbruck to Zurich. In the vouchers, it said cancelation is possible for bad weather. The guide stated there was no planned train ride, and its for less than 25 people which at the time was correct for the number of people on the bus. The guides should look at putting a meeting point in a less busy area. For example, the guide switched at the Louvre Museum and choose to meet near a busy street intersection causing us to wait +30 mins as people werent present. Some of the buses were well equipped with ac, power and wifi. While most buses had bathrooms, they asked us not to use it as we make stops at least every 2 hrs. Some stops never happened as some days were 3-4 hrs becauses they were behind schedule. The bus from Prague to Innsbruck broke at a rest stop. The driver use zip ties to secure the door and continue to drive. While at Munich, the driver proceeded to get the bus fix without telling the guide and they couldnt speak the same language. Almost 1.5hr later the bus showed up and later that day we shared a bus with another group to Innsbruck.

Overall everything was amazing; Prague and Amsterdam were my favorite cities I would not want to stop at Lake Como again though; the area we stopped looked dirty, wasnt very interesting, and the available toilets were HORRIBLE no privacy/glass doors people could see through; squat toilet; urine covering the floor

Appreciate the free time allocated to explore each town/city visited. The Europamundo tour guides were very detail oriented and well organized. The local guides gave very good explanation and background on the sightseeing spots. But the hotel Hotel Praga in Madrid was very crowded and noisy, that it shouldnt be classified as 4 star.
