My husband and I had a wonderful experience on our recent Expat explore tour "Europe Escape", from 01 - 12 Dec 2024. The tour started and ended in Rome, we were given a good appreciation of both the City and quaint little town along the route which took us to Venice, Tuscany, Florence, Múnich, Rhine Valley, Ámsterdam, Ghent, Paris, Burgandy, Beaune, Montmatre, Lake Como, Rome, the Swiss Alps!!
Oh wow! This was such an amazing trip! Our guide, Roma was so knowledgeable and made it even more exciting with her bubbly personality, and our bus driver, Ishti made us feel so safe on the roads...they were truly awesome! I know that keeping a large group together is no easy feat, but they made us feel like family. They shared very helpful tips about the local places, information that you would not normally know as a tourist. Oh! and we were given these cute little passports and stamps to mark the places as we visited them through the tour...this was a really great idea!
This was truly an Eur

Italy was a fantastic trip for us. Wonderful fellow travelers and a first-rate guide. We were able to see and do things that would not have been easily accessible to a large group or individuals, and it was a fantastic balance between structure and free time. Strongly advised
The Expat Explore European Highlights tour in November 2024 was incredible! Every destination, from Venice's canals to Rome's ancient landmarks and Florence's Renaissance charm, was perfectly curated. The guides were knowledgeable, the itinerary seamless, and the autumn scenery breathtaking. Accommodations were comfortable, and the group dynamic made the trip even more special. This tour was the perfect blend of culture, history, and adventure—a truly unforgettable experience. Highly recommend!
It was a tour showcasing the diverse beauty of Turkey's cities. The hotels we stayed in were really comfortable and had a great atmosphere. The guides spoke great English and had a lot of knowledge about the places we visited. The tour provided reliable and convenient transportation. Our driver, Mehmet, was clearly passionate about his work and did an excellent job.

This tour with Pete as our guide and Sylvian as our driver was the best experience ever! I thoroughly recommend Expat Explore as a tour company and Pete as a tour leader. We saw and did so much on tour, far more than I ever anticipated. I have learnt so much about the history and culture of the places we've been, walked so far, tasted new foods, made
new friends, been so very well looked after that I can't speak highly enough of the experience. I thoroughly enjoyed being part of the group, as Pete knitted us into a family. Traveling as a group enriched our time and made our memories so much more special. It also meant we could relax while Pete took care of all the logistics for us. The bus was very comfortable to travel on and Pete kept us entertained with lots of fun commentary alternated with good snooze time. We packed so much into 18 days, it would never have been possible on our own. If you are looking to do a tour, choose this one!
A great way to experience Croatia. However, we feel that some of the optional experiences should be INCLUDED (specifically the lunch at the family-owned winery) and a little more time spent in the STON area would have been nice.

Amazing variety of experiences, excellent tour guide and local specialists. I also loved that Trafalgar supports local artists and family run farms. A highlight for me was the Make Travel Matter experience with the weavers.
