We did the 12 day Italian Delights tour. To say it was spectacular is an understatement. We saw Rome, the Amalfi Coast, Assisi, Tuscany, Florence, Pisa, Venice, Lake Garda, Chinqueterra. It was incredible. Our tour guide, Martina, was so knowledgeable and fun. Our driver Dino was great. The hotels we stayed at were amazing. It was a great way to see a lot in a little time.

Enjoyed the tour however, our experience at the airport in Paris and Nice was not positive. We were dropped off at the wrong terminal. We had more than enough time to make our flight back to LAX but due to the lack of work ethic of the Air France personnel, we just made the flight. In addition to the incompetence of the Air France personnel, we also experienced airport personnel that were very rude and not helpful.

It was planned very well by Trafalgar. Hotels were nice, food was good, but the walking distances to and from the bus were more than we were expecting. We are glad we took this trip because we saw so many great things, but in hindsight it was probably too much walking for us.

This trip was incredible….A perfect balance of guided informational tours and free time for exploring your interests. The areas of Italy included were connected thoughtfully with stops in smaller villages between larger metropolitan cities. This divided the travel time into short segments and made the trips between cities enjoyable. We were greeted at the airport with enthusiasm and roses by Joseba and Maxie. Joseba provided us with great advice and then was with us with local Rome expert Mano for a lovely day.
