Over all tour is amazing met so many nice people. Only negative comment is not enough time inside eiffel we stayed for 30 mins, recommended for at least 1 hour inside not including the time to walk in the bus. Rome forum also is really really short to stay inside. We were inside the forum for 30.mins. we need at 1.5 to 2 hours. Not including the meeting time. Usually it takes 10 to 15 mins to go to the Bus pick up. You need more like Eva and Sylvia as a tour guide. Both of them are very happy, energetic and approachable.

In a personal note, tour guides should have an etiquette list to share with the passengers. For example common things like stop talking when the tour guide is giving instructions.
