Great adventure, great guide in Shallal, we'd love to have her on our next adventure! Can say nothing but good things, except perhaps to schedule during a cooler time of year but that is not anything you can change!. We did notice the group dynamic changed when 4 people ended their first week with our group and 4 new people joined our group for the 2nd week. We were more of a team with the first group we had and that was really nice and a good selling point for small group tours like yours. For our next tour we'll be looking only at small group tours.
The Hotel were ok but did not cater to the tourist. The rooms did not have the use of the fans and found the air stagnant. A little air moving would helped.
The Hotel in Sicily in Jiardini Naxos, Caeser palace, found the hotel desk determinitly unhelpful.
Our trip was absolutely wonderful! I would like to thank our tour guide, for taking great care of everything. We had something planned every day and the group that travelled with us was so friendly. Everything worked out beautifully. We made memories that will last a lifetime!
This incredible trip offers you the opportunity to discover three major cities in Italy by rail. Your tour starts in Italy’s capital: Rome. You will get to see the incredible monumental heritage of the city and its ancient Roman architecture. You will have a walking city tour in Rome and Florence. Embrace the remarkable topography of the country while on a high-speed train. In Cinque Terre, you will have the opportunity to discover the area freely, as you will have a pass that gives you access to all the villages of Cinque Terre. You will come across numerous photo stops on this trip—Italy has beautiful scenic landscapes and architectural masterpieces. This is one of the most popular Italy tours and packages, offering a perfect balance of iconic landmarks and flexible exploration. Besides, there are many optional tours available to choose from to make this trip even more exciting!
Best bang for your buck. The only way to see as much of Europe as we did in 18 days. Often times you do not have very much time in certain cities/towns, but the travel directors do their best to make sure you hit the highlights and have a good experience. You just have to know going in that this is an introductory trip to all the wonders of Europe. That being said, we had a fantastic time. No real complaints other than feeling short on time in some locations,, as expected. Would highly recommend for someone’s first experience in Europe and I even enjoyed it as a repeat traveler as this tour went to some unique places such as Saint Paul de Vence and Colmar. Optional excursions were also all excellent and included meals at hotels were surprisingly good.
I took this tour with my family, including my two teenagers, and we all had a blast! The tour was well-paced with a mix of guided activities and free time, which was great for us. My kids loved the visit to Pompeii—they’ve been fascinated by it since learning about it in school. The gondola ride in Venice was another highlight that we all enjoyed. The hotels were family-friendly, and our guide, Sergio, was wonderful with the kids, keeping them engaged throughout. I’d highly recommend this tour for families wanting to explore Italy together.
Very laid back and easy with two days in most places and a good quantity of free time. Fantastic tour director who kept her flock in control. Driver was phenomenal and a pleasure to talk to. As always there is too much to see and remember so picture taking is essential.
Rhi Smith did a fantastic job as tour director and Domenico was a great amazing driver.
Very busy tour but covered so much and learnt so much about each country
