The trip was good. Just need to be considerate about the comfort of your clients on the hotels you choose to book them, somewhere that will make them more comfortable after a long day trip. Some of your guides are exceptionally very good, however some of your guides does not know how to communicate well with their passengers hence some miscommunication. The rest of the trip was well organized, you have very good bus drivers. Just need to improve some your itineraries.
I highly recommend the Switzerland, Austria, Bavaria tour, especially for someone who has never visited the area. It highlights the main attractions & the local tour guides add an additional personal touch. (The overall guide, however, could not have been better.). Hotels were very well appointed & conveniently located. The quaint mountain village of Habkern was such a treat! The fondue lunch,
Alphorn demonstration, the short stop in Lichtenstein….all was well planned & coordinated. Wonderful introductory trip to a delightful part of Europe.
Everything was super organised
. The guides made us feel so safe and welcomed us as families.. I love how family oriented they are.. Also information was on point and so are restaurants whereabouts
Bring long bus days and not able to use the toilets on the buses whilst travelling with children was very inconvenient. Having stops of only 20 mins at the Berlin Wall then going on to have hours in places of nil importance was disappointing. Overall it was s good trip.

Overall, my Europamundo experience and the 15-day Beautiful Europe tour was memorable. Accompanied and cared for by excellent tour guides, Gabriela, Maria Montserrat and Julio Magyar, the journey all over central and southern Europe made each day something to look forward to, despite the cold weather and occasional rains. I appreciate that there are local tour guides (except during the leg from Brussels to Paris) who are knowledgeable of the historical facts of the places where we visited.

There is too much free time and not much to do in the city centers for more than a few hours. It would have been nice to go some other places beside the city centers.
Regarding our guide, Patricia, she was very nice and friendly and we enjoyed her company. HOWEVER her English accent was heavily accented that I could not understand more than 50 of what she was saying. It is not her fault, but still we paid for an English guide and I think I should have gotten a guide who is more understandable.
