Only negative was hotel in Florence. Good location (change from original hotel) but was tired and cleanliness could have been better. Very cramped solo room 🙁
Highlights were Pienza and Castellina in Chianti. Great hotels, beautiful walks and really good food and wine. 😀

The guys transporting us were really punctual, courteous, and kept us safe. Lino in Pompeii was fantastic! Nicola & Micaela were so hospitable and some of the best food I had in my 3 weeks in Italy was at Sant’ Alfonso Agriturismo. Everybody was top-notch on this trip, however, Vincenzo was the most exceptional Tour Leader and really made the experience unforgettable! He was personable, funny, and incredibly knowledgeable on all topics (with impeccable English)! He made the tour educational, entertaining, and memorable. He went above and beyond by assisting tour group members even on his own personal time. He helped individuals with post-tour travel plans, catching the right trains, and directing them on how to mail postcards to the USA. When the group expressed interest in doing an activity together on our free day, Vincenzo orchestrated a last-minute tour of a cheese making facility and a limoncello factory. He even spent his down time taking a few of us to a restaurant in Sorrento that was less touristy and popular among the locals. We were so grateful for this experience and for the cultural humility he espoused. It was evident that solo hiking and the resulting self evaluation have garnered him much wisdom and have tailored him to be an inspiring mentor. It was special to see him in his element as he prepared us for and led us on a hike on the Amalfi Coast. When someone is doing what they love, it always shows and is a gift to others involved. By the end of the trip he felt like an old friend! We will miss his storytelling and charisma!

Hi Stefania! Sorry to take so long to write back. It has been crazy trying to get back into the swing of things at work after that trip. Italy was amazing!! We absolutely loved it! As for feedback on the trip, we really don't have anything that was negative. We loved everything that was planned! We especially loved how you planned the sites that we went and how the pattern flowed (not sure if you did it on purpose but we think so). Also, thank you for being very accessible to us during the whole planning of the trip. You helped put us at ease and it was very reassuring that we chose the right company. That is all that I can given you that might be considered constructive. The rest I could say would just be compliments on everything else. The last hotel Ergife not able to provide twin room as we booked. The information that we got is only “no twin room is available now” any more information you had to talk to hotel manager. In addition, the reception was not friendly to providing the support to us. We ended the tour with unhappiness.
The second tour guide was great loads of information. The others spoke 2 mins in English and 20 mins Spanish. I feel one place to see in a day was enough and we could have seen more in each place.,As the traveling was a lot. Also the hotels at the beginning of the trip were to big and you felt like cattle being herded , I would have been prepared to pay a little extra for better hotel like the last be which was AC sestio Milan. Met loved people along the way .
This tour was an amazing experience and a great way to see A LOT of Europe in a short amount of time. The trip was fast paced but very well planned out with the itinerary and mix of activities that you see and do. Jemma, our tour guide was absolutely amazing! We couldn't have asked for better! She was charismatic, funny, knowledgeable, organized, and guided us in a positive way where we got the very most out of the travel experience learning the local history, foods, culture and best site seeing spots. She went above and beyond to make sure we were getting the most out of our tour experience. Gabriel, our driver was also phenomenal. We always felt very safe and he was always perfectly punctual and helped us load/ unload and kept us very comfortable on the coach.

Walking on this holiday is varied and well within most people's grasp. Aside from the rolling hills of Prosecco vineyards it includes forest walking and following along side a river. The hotel is most comfortable with large airy bedrooms and updated bathrooms which do not detract from the historic building. It sits within its own grounds including a large swimming pool and a bookable spa.
The village of Soligo is small with 3 cafe's and a small shop which stocks a wide range of biscuits, soft drinks and bottled water. There is one sure thing about this holiday and this is you will not go hungry. Lunches are freshly made by the local shop and will keep you going during the walks. The hotel food is second to none and the other resturants we eat at also supplied delicous food. The highlight of this trip is Prosecco in all its forms. I learnt a lot about how the wine was made and how to tell one bottle from another.
