I like that in your website is mention the details of the trip .
I dont like that my problem happen to me in italy was sent to my agent only ( no cc any email to me ) then my agent was very poor service .
So I lost part of my trip

At least I injoy my 5 days with your company .
Other 9 days was gone :(
