The hotel in Barcelona, Frontair Congress, was a very bad hotel. Hotel staff were rude. The room was dirty. The hotel in Lyon, Campanille, was also dirty and small. The breakfast was bad. Basic spoon, fork and plate were not available. As for the guides, we were very happy with Abdel, Spain guide, and Diego Bueno, our Interlaken, Grindelwald and Lucerne guide. Both of them were empathetic on our needs. Their English was good. We understood them the entire time. Angeles, our guide in France, was nice but we barely understood her English. Over-all, we were very happy with the Novotel hotels we stayed in, both in Madrid and Paris.

Area of improvement: it will be appreciated if the trips are planned so that the stops in the city is close to facilities for senior citizens to sit down and relax, who are not capable or interested in shopping and strolling time. I liked how you commit the scheduled time in Itinerary, But it is mentioned that your services will end after breakfast on last day, but it is ended after breakfast the day before. The Spanish Guides were Top and explained every thing, But as i am Arabian and the tour includes Arabic guide, he was terrible , Uncooperative, Poor Information about historical places from him, did not translate what guides say and depends on our good knowledge of English. i rated him while we were in our tour, and you contacted me, and we said that the driver who drove up us from Prague airport was late but we did that to give him another chance, but he did not learn from that.
