Fabulous trip, tweaked perfectly by Donal, who knows the area like the back of his hand. The accommodation was great, and having the trip be center based in the one convenient hotel was excellent. In early June, the wildflowers were in profusion, an added bonus to incredible mountain scenery. Uphill parts of walk manageable given a lot of tge mileawas contouring. Highly recommended!

Discover ancient Roman ruins, timeless medieval towns, and historic cities. Visit temples, churches, cathedrals, basilicas, and monasteries along the ancient Silver Way and admire Spanish art from classical times to the contemporary. Explore the cradles from which Spain’s conquistadors set off to colonise the new world and behold the old world elegance of Spain’s most prestigious seat of learning. Spain will conquer your heart every day of this fascinating round-trip starting and ending in Madrid.
Appreciate the free time allocated to explore each town/city visited. The Europamundo tour guides were very detail oriented and well organized. The local guides gave very good explanation and background on the sightseeing spots. But the hotel Hotel Praga in Madrid was very crowded and noisy, that it shouldnt be classified as 4 star.
Situated on the north Mediterranean coast, Barcelona is the second largest city in Spain and the home of Catalan Modernism. This beautiful city is best known for Antoni Gaudí's masterpieces, declared World Heritage Sites by UNESCO, but that’s not all it has to offer. Its Roman origins, long history and economic dynamism have made Barcelona both a cosmopolitan and cultural city. Enjoy this three-day city break and discover Barcelona though its culture, lifestyle and gastronomy.
The passion, romance, mystique, beauty and history of Spain are nowhere more evident than in ancient Andalusia, the vast southern region whose name has become a byword for Spanish culture. Over this Eight-day fascinating self-drive tour, you will discover the cultural riches of Andalusia, from Phoenician times through the Roman, Muslim, Jewish and Christian periods. Visit spellbinding World Heritage sites such as the Alcazar and Cathedral in Seville, the Great Mosque of Cordoba and contemplate great views of the Alhambra in Granada.

Excellent every day. Accommodation was varied and comfortable. Towns were interesting-some more touristy than others. Great eating advice from the hotels.
