For the most part the selected locations were great. The bus were modern and comfortable. I would highly recommend offering smaller group options and/or allowing a group to finish tour together. The constant adding headcount can be difficult as there’s a culture adjustment between groups. At one point I felt crowded. Also, company should consider utilizing hotels within main cities to allow tourists to visit nearby restaurants. All of our hotels were 20/40 minutes from major cities forcing us to eat at the hotel.

Overall the trip was pretty well organized. All tour guides we had were very knowledgeable and informative regarding cities and historic landmarks with enough details. Even though we were English speaking our trip included Spanish/ Asian speaking tourists as well. They did a pretty good job of accommodating everyone. I was under the impression our trip was with the same group from start to finish but was not the case and the group interchanged as we progressed along the route. Lots of logistics involved but it seemed to work alright.

We take you from the cauldron of Bandama whose eruption, over 2,000 years ago, influenced the entire geography of the island, to the emblematic Roque Nublo, an imposing natural crag made of volcanic rock from which there are 360 degree views of the whole island. We had a great time on our Barcelona City Tour. There were only 4 guests, which was a perfect size for a tour. Joao was our guide and he was very knowledgeable and had a great personality. We were picked up at our hotel in the Gothic quarter and walked a short distance to where the van was parked. We loved seeing all the different sites. We ended at La Sagrada Familia. We had requested tickets inside with tower access. These tickets were secured ahead of time so we were able to skip the line. This was the highlight of the tour.
