The itinerary provided so much enjoyment, filled with variety, excitement, and entertainment. it combined scheduled events with added free time to explore on our own. The breaks in driving time was well planned out but, ALL FUTURE tour busses MUST have a WC on board. The accommodations for the most part were like no other. Just one location should be taken off the list in Savilla, it is not a good representation of you fine company. All in all, it was FANTASTIC and a bucket list item that I am so glad I took. This was a tough but thoroughly enjoyable trip in a very beautiful part of the world. The challenging grade is about right; be prepared for a lot of rocky steep ascent and descent including a fair amount of scrambling and using fixed cables/chains. Some parts (particularly the ascent to La Om on Day 4 and the ridge along the top) are pretty exposed. There is a good mix of tougher and somewhat easier days to break things up with some nice forest and meadow sections. The reward is some amazing scenery in a relatively unspoilt part of the world. The whole trip was very well organised and accommodation at Villa Hermani was very clean and comfortable, with friendly hosts and great food. The mountain huts were a good experience but be prepared for very basic toilet and sanitary facilities.

Overall the trip was pretty well organized. All tour guides we had were very knowledgeable and informative regarding cities and historic landmarks with enough details. Even though we were English speaking our trip included Spanish/ Asian speaking tourists as well. They did a pretty good job of accommodating everyone. I was under the impression our trip was with the same group from start to finish but was not the case and the group interchanged as we progressed along the route. Lots of logistics involved but it seemed to work alright.
