The team were terrific to deal with in the lead up to the trip. They were extremely responsive and knowledgeable and we're able to answer all our questions. This was our first e-bike trip and all our concerns were alleviated by the team. When we arrive in Sardinia, the representative who met us walked us through the bikes, how to get the best out of them and maximise our enjoyment of the tour. Each day was terrific with great views (and yes there were some hills to climb but the e-bikes make this a lot easier). The accommodation was great, the food particularly enjoyable. I would highly recommend them and their self guided tours. We'll be back for another trip for sure.

Our visit of Ronda was extraordinary. From the moment we stepped out our cruise ship, Thomas was there to welcome us to Malaga. Before leaving for Ronda, he took us on a short walk through downtown Malaga and we felt the pride he has for his own town. The drive to Ronda is an 1hour 1/2 and Thomas took the times to point out all the local highlights along the way. Once in Ronda, Thomas made sure that we were aware of the history and the beauty of the area. He also made sure we had a good lunch with a spectacular view overlooking the gorge. Overall our excursion to Ronda was delightful not only because of the beautiful scenery and the interesting history but largely because of Thomass considerate guidance throughout. We would highly recommend to do an excursion with Thomas Liedtke. Among all the guide we had, he is the best by far.
Amazing trip with a great bunch of fellow walkers - we all had a great time. Few minor hitches in terms of accommodation - village house needs reviewing as a stop, and final hotel needs refurbishment. Overall a wonderful week in the heat of early September along rocky footpaths in the mountains.

A great way to experience Croatia. However, we feel that some of the optional experiences should be INCLUDED (specifically the lunch at the family-owned winery) and a little more time spent in the STON area would have been nice.

In the heart of Puglia is hidden the most important monument of the Middle Ages in Italy, a treasure of beauty and mystery to explore.
Castel del Monte was built on top of a hill where you can see a good part of the Puglia Region and the cities of the coast with a beautiful landscape.
Castel del Monte is certainly the most important building that has left the Emperor Frederick II Hohenstaufen of Swabia, full of mysteries not fully revealed.
At the base of its construction there is always the number 8.
After many years of neglect, during which the castle was stripped of furniture and decorations of marble, has become a refuge for shepherds, brigands and political refugees.
In 1876 the castle was bought and restored by the Italian state.
In 1996 it was declared a UNESCO World Heritage for the perfection of its shape and the harmonious union of cultural elements from northern Europe, the Islamic world and classical antiquity and because it represented the personality of its creator Frederick II Hohenstaufen.
The tour you will discover the exteriors and interiors of the 'castle' and describe the secrets of the historical context in which it was built.
