Really enjoyed this tour. Itinerary was great. Pace was right, and our tour leader was amazing. Will definitely come back to Spain and Portugal again. Our tour manager was exceptional. She was communicative and kept us entertained as well. And, when I had air issues arriving, she was up during the night to make certain I was cared for. Loved the mountainous areas in northern Greece. Wish we could have arrived in Arachova for dinner a little earlier, so that we could see more of the town. All the local guides were great. Had a fantastic time (once I got there!).

The trip was good. Just need to be considerate about the comfort of your clients on the hotels you choose to book them, somewhere that will make them more comfortable after a long day trip. Some of your guides are exceptionally very good, however some of your guides does not know how to communicate well with their passengers hence some miscommunication. The rest of the trip was well organized, you have very good bus drivers. Just need to improve some your itineraries.
