During our time in Berlin we stayed at the City Hotel Berlin East and we left my money belt in the hotel room put a do not disturb sign but a cleaner came in anyways, the beds are made with our pajamas in a different place and someone stole 140 USD cash from my money belt I have a record of borrowing 2 100 5 20 from Bonnie, and didnt use any cash at all on the trip, but the purple zipper bag was placed not in the usual spot when we returned tonight. In the same place was my credit cards citi Costco, capital one credit card debit card linked to our checking account, and our HSA debit visa passports IDs. already locked 3 cards but not the HSA one. need a police report in case theres fraud or identity theft.
I loved my trip with G Adventures to Italy! The hiking, visits to wineries and delicious food made it a memorable trip. I would love to return to Italy with G Adventures again!

My wife and I eally enjoyed the Historic trip across 5 countries. Our Europamundo guide from Bulgaria to Dubravnik, Ms Bilyana Shirokanska was a very caring guide. She made sure the oldest and the only English speaking couple were looked after well, that we undeestood everything and did not get lost.

Our guides Anastasia, Nikos, and Antonio were absolutely fantastic. The tour itself was very informative, awe-inspiring, and well-paced. The accommodations overall were top-rated and extremely comfortable. Every day, we felt personally connected and well taken care of by the guides and group. We saw quite alot in a short time. The drivers and guides were great. I would advise anyone to go on these tours. They are very cost effective which attracted a few lower class rude and deceitful travellers. It was hard to watch the wholesale theft of buffet breakfast items into bags to cover the rest of the days food intake.

You will also have time to visit all the beautiful medieval villages and historic towns along the Via Francigena: starting from beautiful Lucca, you’ll pass through Fucecchio, San Miniato, Gambassi Terme, the stunning San Gimignano with its medieval skyscrapers and Monteriggioni, admired by Dante in his Divine Comedy. This is going to be long. My TA Alice from Vancouver, Canada is very fast efficient with how she managed the booking and got me answers for most of my questions
Coming back to the hotels : Best part is in every single hotel my room was near the elevator because I am traveling with a child this was thoughtful-love it. Most of the hotels were nice, breakfast was adequate, meals were fine as well where they were included. No issues, no complaints
Regarding the tour bus - the small bus was fine for 20 odd people and drivers were excellent and did a wonderful job, if possible please add free WIFI on the bus
Regarding the tour guides Eng speaking only - Most of them were alright but as a traveller, I expect them to talk more about the countries we were passing thru. Yes, the gap was filled by the local city guides however time is short and we are on the bus driving long distances so info can be filled. They should be provided with matter that the guides can then talk to us about. I find a huge gap in the knowledge level of spanish guides versus english guides on the tour
Europamundo app on my phone : Since my trip in 2022, the app has been upgraded and I see watsap contacts of transfers with 3rd party contractors which is really helpful
