El viaje estuvo muy bueno y los guías son muy amigables.
Por otro lado considero que deberían mejorar el manejo del itinerario en Europamundo. He viajado varias veces y por lo general tienen muy pocos recesos para comer merienda o ir al baño. Hay muchas personas mayores que viajan y posiblemente tengan sus condiciones de salud. Creo que añadir recesos de 15 a 20 minutos para comer una merienda o ir al baño debería ser añadido al itinerario para cada 2-3 horas. No es saludable estar desde las 6:30am con el desayuno hasta las 1pm o 2pm para almorzar. Para mantener una alimentación saludable se necesita comer cada 2 horas haciendo comidas y meriendas. El viaje de Corea del Sur fue el único en donde hubo varios recesos necesarios y se pudo lograr cumplir con todo lo planeado para cada día.
Otra cosa a considerar es que si hay alguien que termina un tour antes que los demás y se queda un día más en el hotel, el guía debe asegurarse de hacer esta explicación de las personas que NO van a hacer check-out en el hotel. Me pasó que el tour continuaba hacia Noruega mientras me quedaba un día más en Dinamarca y le dieron check-out a todos los huéspedes de Europundo incluyéndome a mi y a mi esposo. Tuvimos que esperar a que el hotel aclarara las cosas para dejarnos quedar una noche adicional que ya estaba pagada y era parte del paquete. El muchacho del hotel fue muy cordial y nos ayudó. Pero creo que esto se pudo haber evitado si uno de los guías hubiese explicado y aclarado los huéspedes que iban a dar check-out ese día y los que se quedaban una noche adicional.

Regarding the MY TRIP ITINERARY, it will be great if there is an estimate time per location, this can help us plan our own time if we want to do side trips or see other sights on our own and make sure we can get back to the bus on time.
The guys transporting us were really punctual, courteous, and kept us safe. Lino in Pompeii was fantastic! Nicola & Micaela were so hospitable and some of the best food I had in my 3 weeks in Italy was at Sant’ Alfonso Agriturismo. Everybody was top-notch on this trip, however, Vincenzo was the most exceptional Tour Leader and really made the experience unforgettable! He was personable, funny, and incredibly knowledgeable on all topics (with impeccable English)! He made the tour educational, entertaining, and memorable. He went above and beyond by assisting tour group members even on his own personal time. He helped individuals with post-tour travel plans, catching the right trains, and directing them on how to mail postcards to the USA. When the group expressed interest in doing an activity together on our free day, Vincenzo orchestrated a last-minute tour of a cheese making facility and a limoncello factory. He even spent his down time taking a few of us to a restaurant in Sorrento that was less touristy and popular among the locals. We were so grateful for this experience and for the cultural humility he espoused. It was evident that solo hiking and the resulting self evaluation have garnered him much wisdom and have tailored him to be an inspiring mentor. It was special to see him in his element as he prepared us for and led us on a hike on the Amalfi Coast. When someone is doing what they love, it always shows and is a gift to others involved. By the end of the trip he felt like an old friend! We will miss his storytelling and charisma!

A very relaxing tour but I would prefer to have slightly more stop-over walking tour. Overall, it is an excellent tour Abdel Salam is an excellent tour guide

Tour manager was amazing. Went to many places you would not on your own. Catacombs, Raving Mosiac church, as well as all the key highlights in the cities. Great trip HIGHLY recommend it.
Hotel Stays in Italy France was the worst ever. This was not 4 Star for sure. These hotels where not even worth 2 stars. Please take action on Hotel Booking. I would stop recommending Europamundo just for this reason.

Blarney Castle, no waiting and able to go to the top right away! It was an exciting and memorable experience, a lot of things done in our two weeks! It got to be a lot of packing suitcases with some places just one or two days! Absolutely beautiful countryside, I’m not a city girl so enjoyed that!
