Christina organized a fantastic first class itinerary for a 28 day tour of Italy by my wife and me. She was very personable and generous with her time and very knowledgeable of the areas we visited. The trip included incredible private tours with top notch guides and smooth transfers all the way. Any minor glitches were handled promptly and professionally. Honestly I really enjoyed everything. But if I had to pinpoint a favourite I think it would be how often we saw the northern lights. Due to the extreme weather conditions - a blizzard in October, we saw them almost every night which I think makes us really lucky, as I was expecting it to be much harder to see them. Additionally, I was pleasantly surprised by the adaptability of our day plans by our TM and Driver when we needed to be kept safe, and had delays to departures on some days due to snow, icy roads, and strong winds - we still managed to see everything we would have in the end and made some surprise pit stops too! I was super stoked with the glacier hike, but it would be even more incredible if it was longer. The only way I think this trip could be improved would be to have the start time earlier so the first day is actually a full day, and start the travel straight away! Why do we need to stay in Reykjavík on the first and last night? It could easily be changed to make the trip feel like you see even a tiny bit more.

Received excellent service and suggestions for a tour we planned for our son and daughter when they toured the Amalfi Coast in August. Hotels were all in great locations close to the action and all excellent 4 or 5 star. Would definitely use or recommend the tour operator to friends or family.

Recommend this tour. Mini van with a driver and tour guide. The guide was so informative, a really lovely lady. Driver was on the ball - it was a couple of days into the trip he revealed he could understand english.

Italian Wonders: Venice to the Amalfi Coast - July 2026

Our family of 5 adults recently went to Italy on a 9 day trip to Venice, Rome and Sorrento(Amalfi Coast) with private tours, fast train travel, door to door drivers, and great accommodations; which was all set up by Michael.
Michael was very responsive to my communications, very helpful with trip suggestions to make the trip better, and just overall a great travel planner! I was nervous at first, because I have never completely booked a vacation online without ever meeting the travel planner, but it all worked out great!
We were completely happy with everything about our trip, and will definitely reach out to Michael again when we travel to Italy! There were a couple of small issues that arose over the duration of the trip, but they were handled quickly and without further problem to us. So all was good.
Our private tour guides in Rome, Ornella; and Roberta in Pompeii were incredible. Our Venice tour guide, Cynthia, was awesome too, she did a great job! We did a full day 8 hr tour in Rome of the Colosseum and Vatican, and I would recommend splitting that to two half days if you have the time. It was awesome, but a bit much for one day!! Also, we had a full day Amalfi Coast tour by van, with great driver Antonio, which was supposed to go to Positano, Amalfi, & Ravello, but because the traffic is so bad on the roads, there wasn't time to make it to Ravello. So, I recommend either going by boat, which we hear is faster, or allow more time if you want to see all three villages.
Again, a great trip for the memory books! Thank you MIchael and all of the local operators who worked to make our trip such a success!!

Private Tour around Apulia and Matera beyond our expectations .Very good the Hotel in Matera, Dimora di Metello..but also Tenuta Monacelle near Alberobello. Great local guide and meals. I only think you should had add an extra day in Apulia, 5 days are not enough. Anyway excellent tour and service. Very good value for money

I had an amazing time. Both trip managers were wonderful, super helpful and lots of fun. I really enjoyed all the places we went and the activities. Going in May was definitely a good idea, the weather was warm but not too hot and the crowds were an okay size.

Discovery Malta 5-Day Private Tour - July 2026

Kudos to this tour operator and the staff members, but the lion’s share goes to Omar Gubernati, the managing director of the company. No words could describe and explain how incredibly and amazingly Omar is. He is superb in organizing our private tour in Malta and Sicily. He went beyond my expectations. He made all possible the things I requested. He tailored our tour with different tour guides and drivers everyday, who were all friendly and professionals in their respective chosen profession. I was really fortunate that I booked our trip with the agency. The places we visited were full of history, surrounded with centuries old buildings and fortified walls everywhere in Malta, the country seems the world’s oldest. Our day trip in Sicily is just a wink of an eye. We just drove around, like a hop on and hop off touring style. It should’ve been better if we stayed a day or two. Anyway, we’re glad to see part of Sicily. I highly recommend this company and particularly Omar Gubernati, who deserves 5 stars.
