This five-day adventure will take you to Istanbul and Cappadocia, two of the most-visited places in Turkey. Overall trip was good. Negatives were that the hotel in Rome was dated, no refrigerator. Front desk did not send requested help 2 of 3 times. Was difficult to get Ice as there was no Ice machine. Pillows were flat. The hotels were much better. We had 5 tour guides. Felipe and Antonio were great as was the local guide Genaro in Capri. WE liked that the drivers sold chilled bottled water for 1 euro on each bus.

There was an interesting mix of people from various countries. Our guides were excellent - Ivana is kind, co operative and taking care of each minute details. As for passenger there was one lady from Argentina Ms ANDREA MUNOZ who was unpleasant to co passengers. She would not straighten her seat at all and this caused great discomfort as the coach was almost full and there were no empty seats to use. Anita for the Spanish market was friendly and helpful too.
As for the tour, the Jama Postojna Cave was breathtaking and awesome and also Plitvice National Park was a wonderful surprise. Rest of the cities were good.
Maybe a couple of days more in the program would have been idyllic as it got very hectic and tiring and border crossings took most of the time and hence rest of the program has to be rushed.
But it was a wonderful experience and most of the co passengers were very happy.

A perfect wee taster of Scotland - this tour mixes up the world’s largest horse sculptures “The Kelpies”, the seriously stunning beauty of Loch Lomond (the biggest loch or lake in the whole of Britain and inspiration to poets and painters) and The Trossachs National Park with the savage history of Stirling Castle where kings were murdered, and rebellions started. It was an an amazing and unforgettable experience, from the guides want to mention: Antonio, Julio, Gaby and Mariano are very knowledgeable and professional and the organization, transportation, hotels, etc was excellent, I always felt safe. For extra information: I would have liked to stay a little bit longer in each place, and for the optional excursion offered, to make them happen even though is not more than 10-20 persons. beside that everything was great Will definitely recommend it.
Walking through ancient ruins, sailing along the Aegean, and exploring Istanbul’s Grand Bazaar—every day was an adventure! Highly recommend this trip for history lovers!
Althea, our tour leader was the most knowledgeable, caring, professional young woman. She showcased Gozo and Malta through a local perspective. She is a tremendous asset to Explore. For travellers wanting to experience the history, culture and everyday life of Gozo and Malta, this is an excellent trip.
