It was an an amazing and unforgettable experience, from the guides want to mention: Antonio, Julio, Gaby and Mariano are very knowledgeable and professional and the organization, transportation, hotels, etc was excellent, I always felt safe. For extra information: I would have liked to stay a little bit longer in each place, and for the optional excursion offered, to make them happen even though is not more than 10-20 persons. beside that everything was great Will definitely recommend it.

El viaje estuvo muy bueno y los guías son muy amigables. Por otro lado considero que deberían mejorar el manejo del itinerario en Europamundo. He viajado varias veces y por lo general tienen muy pocos recesos para comer merienda o ir al baño. Hay muchas personas mayores que viajan y posiblemente tengan sus condiciones de salud. Creo que añadir recesos de 15 a 20 minutos para comer una merienda o ir al baño debería ser añadido al itinerario para cada 2-3 horas. No es saludable estar desde las 6:30am con el desayuno hasta las 1pm o 2pm para almorzar. Para mantener una alimentación saludable se necesita comer cada 2 horas haciendo comidas y meriendas. El viaje de Corea del Sur fue el único en donde hubo varios recesos necesarios y se pudo lograr cumplir con todo lo planeado para cada día. Otra cosa a considerar es que si hay alguien que termina un tour antes que los demás y se queda un día más en el hotel, el guía debe asegurarse de hacer esta explicación de las personas que NO van a hacer check-out en el hotel. Me pasó que el tour continuaba hacia Noruega mientras me quedaba un día más en Dinamarca y le dieron check-out a todos los huéspedes de Europundo incluyéndome a mi y a mi esposo. Tuvimos que esperar a que el hotel aclarara las cosas para dejarnos quedar una noche adicional que ya estaba pagada y era parte del paquete. El muchacho del hotel fue muy cordial y nos ayudó. Pero creo que esto se pudo haber evitado si uno de los guías hubiese explicado y aclarado los huéspedes que iban a dar check-out ese día y los que se quedaban una noche adicional.

Hotel Stays in Italy France was the worst ever. This was not 4 Star for sure. These hotels where not even worth 2 stars. Please take action on Hotel Booking. I would stop recommending Europamundo just for this reason.

Highlights of Bohemia has been my dream trip since 2019 (as my initial booking was cancelled more than once during 2020-2021 due to the pandemic and related social issues) and I'm so happy I was finally able to experience it. The trip was thoughtfully and wonderfully planned out. The coach travel was well-timed (with plenty of stops and even a couple of movies during the longer stretches). Having two nights for each hotel stay allowed the right balance of rest and travel. The itinerary was well-balanced between structured/ guided and free/ personal time and neither ever felt like too much or too little of either. The Tour Director was amazing in every way; extremely good at balancing and accomadating group and individual needs and, along with the Local Specialists provided global and local historical and social perspectives, as well as helpful suggestions for the best use of our free time. The drivers were safe and very helpful, and the coach was always clean and comfortable. Hotels were mostly centrally located, also allowing a better personal experience for those like me who enjoy wandering and enjoying local venues and persons.

Our circuit chosen was genuine europe from rome to london. These are the things that we did not like and i think you can consider improving: 1. Our vatican tour was very crowded, and i think we should be advised prior before we booked this excursion. 2. Since the weather is always unpredictable, the coaches/bus should be with umbrellas for the tourists. I think this is a small thing you can provide and it will mean a lot for us. 3. Our hotels in venice, our tour guide keep on repeating that it was his first time on this hotel, i think the guides should experience staying in a particular hotel before giving it to tourists. The place was too far and the road was too small, it can only fit one car. When we arrived on the hotel/villa there was no restaurant for us take our dinner. Then there was no hot water available. Then for breakfast, they were not ready. This can be avoided if the company should try it first rather letting the tourist experience it for the first time. Although our guide diego, handled our complaints very well. 4. Our hotel booking in Paris was chaos We were sent to the wrong hotel, then apparently we do not have the reservations there. We were supposed to be in a different hotel. The guide got confused with our hotels. So we have to go back to bus and wait for the 40 plus guest to be checked in before we can go to our hotel it took about an hour, then another 15-30 mins to our hotel. We havent had our dinner yet that time. The guide was not that good in handling it, we were not informed on what to do after he sent us back to the bus. Then the bus driver got mad because we did not go down the bus with our luggages, apparently, we should take down our luggages and the guide will go with us by taxi to our hotel. Thanks we enjoyed our trip though, More power to your company
