The itinerary provided so much enjoyment, filled with variety, excitement, and entertainment. it combined scheduled events with added free time to explore on our own. The breaks in driving time was well planned out but, ALL FUTURE tour busses MUST have a WC on board. The accommodations for the most part were like no other. Just one location should be taken off the list in Savilla, it is not a good representation of you fine company. All in all, it was FANTASTIC and a bucket list item that I am so glad I took. It was planned very well by Trafalgar. Hotels were nice, food was good, but the walking distances to and from the bus were more than we were expecting. We are glad we took this trip because we saw so many great things, but in hindsight it was probably too much walking for us.

The Roma Hotel in Lisbon hotel staff Fernando Leite was extremely unprofessional and rude. I was the only person waiting for service on 11 Nov, and he did not serve me, and not even greeted me for about 10 min. When my wife Ann went to ask the other staff in the room, he loudly scolded my wife. Then Fernando claimed the room was not readyand later I find out that it has, and eventually the other staff in the room checked us in.

The tour of Scotland was very informative due to the fact that we had an excellent tour manager. Before we would reach each destination she would tell us about the history, geography, cultural and any other pertinent information that could possibly interest us about our destination. One of the most memorable experiences was the border collie sheep dog demonstration. It was facinating to see how the dogs responded to the shepherd’s commands. To top it off he brought out a baby lamb and two border collie puppies for everyone to hold and pet.
