I didn't know what to expect, all I can say is was fantastic. Luke & Craig were exceptional they couldn't do enough for us, nothing was a problem. Luke is the best tour leader we've ever had. Overall we had a wonderful time. We are looking at other itineraries. But I have some suggestions. It would be nice to have a meet and greet at the first dinner. To state our names and where we are from etc. so it doesn't take a week to know everyone's name. I thought the first and last day were very confusing. We didn't have clear direction where to go and where to meet and what the plan was. I wish we had more information about the additional events prior to booking them like where, what, and menus. Some menus we would have passed on.

The highlight of the whole experience for me was diligent punctuality. The free times allotted in some of the city centres were excessive in my opinion; a couple of hours at the maximum should have been sufficient. Some guides could have been more polite. Some hotels were not up to standard. Overlooking these, the experience was good, and the sincerity of Europamundo in helping the travellers really showed.
