The booking porocess was easy, and customer service was responsive. I contacted 4 companies about the tour I was interested in. Two of the companies I contacted didn't answer me at all. One of them was basically a chatbot that said "do it yourself." Only bookmundi had human agents to help.

comprehensive, informative, interesting and fun. Guide director was great. Local excursion guides also excellent. Maybe one too many "palaces" on the itinerary, but overall very satisfactory

For the cost, I think more of the optional experiences should have been included and not optional. There was too much personal time at the beginning and I felt like the actual tour didn't start for 4 days after the initial dinner.

Tour director should be more cognizant of travelers as to comfort during each walk, ie distance, need for a break, etc.
