We had a great trip! Accommodation ranged from good to excellent. Breakfasts were included but some early departures resulted in them being missed. Transfers were good and on time. Andres at the tour operator responded quickly to our questions and solved a few problems for us. The itinerary was great. Although Santa Theresa was hard to get to (rough roads, long drive) it was fun to see. You get to see a lot of Costa Rica on this trip.

Classes are held in an area that has been very well equipped, each participant is given a personalized apron and hair covered. The experience takes place on a family farm in the surroundings of Santa Elena and Monteverde. The family is the one that assists you and will present the experience of Tica cuisine.
