Manny was truly amazing - we didn’t have to use our brain once the whole 10 days because of how organised he was and everything ran so seamlessly. He made sure everyone was happy at all times and shout out to him for even carrying our excessively large bags from bus to bus! The tour wouldn’t have been the same without him and I can’t thank him enough!

This trip was amazing. I did so many things I have never done before and things that I was terrified to do like the zip lining but I’m so glad I did them. It was a great mix of adventure and choosing to do something relaxing if your body needed a rest. I made friends for life, I will cherish this trip forever. I even got a tattoo that is so meaningful to me. Thanks for such an amazing adventure and healing trip!

Jurgen was an amazing travel ninja! He was very knowledgeable about the country. He always shared his recommendations for restaurants and supermarkets which was very helpful. He would answer any question one had and would be as helpful as possible. He was very enthusiastic throughout the whole trip which made the traveling experience a lot more fun and exciting. Also, I loved how he would send out the itinerary and what to wear for the next day via WhatsApp - it was very helpful because I was able to pack accordingly for the activities. Furthermore, he would go out of his way to ensure you have an amazing experience. Thanks to Jurgen, I had an amazing tour experience!

This trip to Costa Rica was amazing! Had so many new experiences and connections with people! There were so many opportunities to do group activities or explore on your own with no pressure! We also had the opportunity to chose from different activities which was really fun. I really enjoyed the horseback riding, white water rafting, and the ziplining! We went to a couple swimming holes & hot springs. The homestay was a lovely experience as well, the community was very nice and welcoming! Our tour guide Jurgen was amazing as well! He was always around if we had any questions or concerns. Not only that but was around to help us have a good time! He always gave the best recommendations for food. He shared information and facts about Costa Rica that I found really interesting. Overall, my trip & tour guide was amazing! I would definitely recommend to people who want to visit Costa Rica!

Jurgen was probably the best guide I’ve ever had, and I’ve done 5 of these kind of tours before. He was so fun, energetic, knowledgable, and everything ran smoothly. He went above and beyond to accommodate our wants and needs, like organising an extra optional activity at short notice when a few of us wanted to do more activities than there was time in Monteverde. I would highly recommend Jurgen for any trip in future, as he really made this a memorable and incredibly fun experience. He wasn’t just a guide, he was a friend to all of us.

Our tour guide, Jurgen Ortiz, is absolute best!!! He loves his job and gives everything towards it. He was always available to help out (even late in the night!) and made us all feel safe by being reachable 24x7. He really made an effort to get to know each one of us at personal level by having one-on-one conversations. He knew each location of the trip very well in terms of food and bar recommendations. One thing I really liked about him was how organized he was. Whenever he got some free time, we would spend it towards planning the next day and every night he would share a long WhatsApp message with all details for the next day - places to visit, what to wear, what to carry, etc. I don’t think I could not have asked for a better tour guide. I am glad to say I now have a life long friend in Costa Rica!!!
