Overall the trip was good however the Hotels at certain places ADONIS EXCELLIOR GRAND GENEVE was not of standard quality. We were very disappointed with the night stay at FELDKIRCH. There was NO reason to make passengers stay in such a BORING place There is Nothing to do there besides we dropped at 5PM here so entire evening was a waste....there was no net connection at Hotel HOTEL CENTRAL LOWEN even after paying for it....all shops etc closed so basically a total waste of money and time Instead you can give more time in Lucerne where people can enjoy nightlife or evening time...suggest you to remove Feldkirch stay and give night stay at some more entertaining place. Also You should have offered the boat trip at Rhine falls .....we missed it Certain places the time given was too much to explore a small town....our tour guide Ms Maria was AMAZING...she was very caring and gave timely information to us at all places. We would recommend to educate guests more on the available restaurants near the Hotels you choose as we clients find it difficult to walk and explore options after a long day....if you give few restaurant names close to Hotel it will be of help Again overall a good experience however small improvements required on planning Hotels and routing. The Winter Olympics have been held here twice and 2019 saw the World Cross Country Ski Championships held in nearby Seefeld.
There's plenty of skiing here for all levels, with the loipes opposite the hotel providing excellent practice areas, as well as doorstep access to the rest of the network. There are gentle plateau trails, peaceful valley runs and more challenging routes on the wooded hillsides offering stunning valley views. There's clear signposting and an excellent free trail map for perfect self guided exploration, along with superb downhill skiing in Seefeld, just 15 minutes away. If you fancy a change from cross-country skiing, there are also horse-drawn sleigh rides, tobogganing, ice skating and snowshoeing available locally.

The trip was good. Just need to be considerate about the comfort of your clients on the hotels you choose to book them, somewhere that will make them more comfortable after a long day trip. Some of your guides are exceptionally very good, however some of your guides does not know how to communicate well with their passengers hence some miscommunication. The rest of the trip was well organized, you have very good bus drivers. Just need to improve some your itineraries.
Bring long bus days and not able to use the toilets on the buses whilst travelling with children was very inconvenient. Having stops of only 20 mins at the Berlin Wall then going on to have hours in places of nil importance was disappointing. Overall it was s good trip.

There is too much free time and not much to do in the city centers for more than a few hours. It would have been nice to go some other places beside the city centers.
Regarding our guide, Patricia, she was very nice and friendly and we enjoyed her company. HOWEVER her English accent was heavily accented that I could not understand more than 50 of what she was saying. It is not her fault, but still we paid for an English guide and I think I should have gotten a guide who is more understandable.
