It was amazing, our guide Ken Reigetsu made it so special and added another level to each site we visited with his knowledge and experiences. He was so passionate about everything he spoke of and we all could really feel that and how much he loved his job and his country. He is definitely the best guide ever and was so blessed to have him as my guide and if I ever come back, I want him and only him to be my guide again. He always dressed up specifically for the subject of each day for Sendai, he dressed up as Date Masamune and for Hakodate, he dressed up as Shinsengumi, etc. and that was a very special and exciting touch he gave. When we reached Tokyo, no one from Europamundo came to receive us. After about 1.5hrs. someone came took us to the Hotel in public Transport we dragged our bags. All 3 of us are senior citizens. Evening next day we were taken around Tokyo in a public transport. Very tiring. We need to be compensated as we had paid for a private tour. The visit to the Imperial Palace grounds in TOKYO KYOTO is waste of time as the Palaces are closed we just walk in the grounds - nothing to see. The itinerary gave us no free time. The Guides - all of them were superb very helpful.
