Each country had its own image so it felt like I got to take three different trips in one go. Vietnam was lively and full of energy. Hanoi was busy, but fun to walk around, and the street food was amazing. The cruise in Ha Long Bay was peaceful, and the views were beautiful. Cambodia was slower paced, and seeing Angkor Wat in person was a big highlight for me—it’s huge and has so much history. Bangkok had great temples and food and then Phuket gave us the beach time we needed at the end. It was perfect! well-organized tour. I’d recommend it for sure.

Following a pick-up from your Chiang Mai hotel, transfer to the starting point of your hike (1.5 hour's drive) and begin with a gradual climb past through various plantations and deep jungle. You will be surrounded by unspoiled nature as your experienced trekking guide leads the way. There's a good chance you will encounter people going about their daily tasks. Throughout the hike, you'll come across scenic views of the valley below, and walk by coffee plantations. I had a great time on this tour, it was a really great way to take the stress and anxiety out of going to a new country by yourself and not knowing the language.
