This was our first trip to the Himalayas and we had the absolute greatest experience ever, thanks in total to the service from the local operator and our sherpa/guide Chandan Magar. Chandan proved to be more then the most capable and knowledgable of guides, always looking after us etc., he was also very personable and fun to spend with me during the trek ! We had many great laughs, eclipsed only by the wonderful places he took us to see. His knowledge and grasp of everything Nepali gave a deep insight into much more then just the trekking and mountains whcih Nepal is famous for. If you do a trek in Nepal ask first for Chandan Magar and you know your money is well spent! Sujan, who booked the tour and everything else for us in Kathmandu, was also not only a great professional but a good friend to have when overseas and far from home. All in all what else can I say other then that I cannot wait to do this all again in future!

The. Itinerary was comprehensive and diverse.. It covered the many cultural and historical aspects of Thailand but also included many experiences that were very entertaining as well educational all of which helped to understand and value the rich culture of the country. Excellent experience with our guide and porters. They were able to accommodate quick changes in our plans when some of our members showed symptoms of AMS. They are also some of the fittest people I have ever met and are kind and entertaining at the same time. It was a pleasure to learn about their culture. If you ever get the opportunity, see if you can learn and play Baghchal.
We had an absolutely amazing time in Bhutan. The people, the food, the sights and the natural beauty exceeded our expectations. Our guide, driver and trek crew were outstanding. Bhutan is a special place and we plan to visit again.
