AMAZING!!! Everyone we met through this company was just incredible and went above and beyond. Suman was our guide and he is the absolute the sweetest. He made the trek unforgettable. He is so knowledgeable - we felt so safe with him and he had an answer to everything! The prep chats the night before were the best. He made sure we knew what to expect the next day, and made sure we were always ok. Ramesh was also the greatest. He made us laugh so much and spent so much time with us. It was such a treat overall. We hiked to base camp and then to Gokyo Lake. It was a beautiful trek. We did need medical help and Suman made sure everything went so smoothly. Prior to the trek, we were in contact with Upendra, who was always prompt to respond, very kind, organized, and detailed. I cannot recommend them enough!!! Thank you for this wonderful experience!!!

The Manaslu region was diverse in climates (warm, dry valleys - to lush rainforest - to snow capped peaks) and there was a tonne of wildlife to see and experience. This trip was honestly everything we hoped for and more. Every place we visited felt special in its own way, and the whole itinerary just flowed so smoothly. We got to see the famous sights, but also had moments that felt really personal—like sitting with Mr. Duoc in Ba Vi, hearing his stories from the war. It was something we’ll never forget. Mrs. Chin's cooking class in her garden kitchen was another favorite—she made us feel so welcome, and the food was amazing. We also found some great little restaurants along the way (shoutout to the grilled eggplant in Hoi An—wow). Thank you, Ellie, for planning everything so perfectly. You really took the stress out of it and helped make this such a memorable trip. We already miss Vietnam… and we’re already talking about coming back.

This was our second trek in Nepal having done Poon Hill in 2018. The Langtang Valley route is less crowded than Poon Hill. The trek is not easy with lots of ups and downs and a certain level of fitness is required. However, our efforts were well-rewarded with varied and breath-taking scenery along the route. The tea houses varied in level of comfort provided, with some having en suite western bathrooms while others, such as the Lama Hotel, were very basic with shared squat-style toilets and an outside shower room. The road to Syabrubesi is long and bumpy - I would definitely recommend getting the private jeep from Kathmandu. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed the Langtang Valley trek and would recommend it.
