In November 2023 me and my friend embarked on a bucket list adventure. We booked a private tour for the drive in and out EBC via Gokyo Ri trip. Right from the get go everything was smooth, the communication at the head office made it appear there was no time difference between the U.K. and Nepal.
Upon arriving in Nepal the pick up from the airport and briefing were clear and to the point with no delays or issues. The trek itself has definitely been one of the most beautiful and difficult things I have ever embarked upon and I have NO regrets with my choice in agency or itinerary!
My tour guide for the 3 week package we booked and every day he stayed happy, tried his best to keep our spirits uplifted and made sure all the little things behind the scenes were sorted so all we had to do was focus on the trek itself. I highly recommend having him as a tour guide especially if you’re trekking in the Everest Region. Also, our Porter deserves a special shout-out for showing the strength of these Nepalese people, much stronger than I could imagine to be.
Our group of three had a wonderful experience despite some weather difficulties. Our guide, Raju, did an amazing job leading us and his company worked the logistical angles well to ultimately get us to Everest Base Camp. It was an incredible experience and great working with this company that I recommend wholeheartedly!

The trek was excellent although tough in the short timescale but I wanted the challenge. For others make sure youre happy with the non acclimatisation days, I had the full information and I chose to take the shorter trek. Off season in January although cold was a great time to trek as far less people on the trail as I hear spring time is just to hectic. Even in the winter you get warm during the daytime treking.

We had a great time on our tour in China. The guides and drivers were very kind and professional, and the guides spoke excellent English. This was our first time using this agent, Jasmine was excellent to work with. She provided great communication and was very responsive to questions I asked. The whole tour was well organised. We had this great trek "LUMBA SUMBA TREK" situated between the Kanchenjunga and Makalu region of Taplejung District, the trekking was a bit unique with less crowded travelers and trekkers which made the trekking more smooth and convenient for the every day settlement and activities. We encountered the most untouched natural places of this trek with beautiful flora and fauna,Himalayas, landescapes, routes,warm hearted local people, beautiful rhododendron's covered mountains, animals like:Yak, musk deer, Red panda which made our trekking very much enjoyable.So this trek last point was Olangchula gola which located between the boarder of Nepal and Tibet and on our last day we enjoyed with some local brew called "CHHANG" and Local meat to celebrate our Succes Trek of Lumba Sumba,our team guide Pasang was very helpful guys with bright smile in his cheek, very experienced guide and friendly during the trek which help us to be more relax during the trek.
We are very happy with the service of this local operator and i strongly reccomend this company for any kind of trekking here in Nepal.
Absolutely loved this trek! I did it in January with a friend and honestly thought it was amazing. Even though it was their winter, it meant that the trek was less busy, the days were warm and the local operator provided us with a warm sleeping bag and down jacket. Our tour guide and the business owner were great. They did so much to ensure that my friend and I had the best and most seamless trip. Thanks! Can't wait to try out our next tour/trek with you.
This is a fabulous trek for those looking for a less traveled path. We really enjoyed passing through all the villages and meeting the locals (and donkeys, yaks goats etc) along the way. Very friendly people, we took a large bag of chocolates to hand out to kids which we would recommend. Beautiful scenery, fascinating villages and challenging hiking at times made for an excellent experience that will stay with us. We went in early March, weather was great but some groups were turned back at the pass due to snow. Helps to have some extra days in case weather is bad. Not for beginners or those not in reasonable shape. Enjoyed the quietness of the route (early season). Tsum Valley a definite highlight, would absolutely recommend adding this to Manaslu Circuit or on its own.
First, I was extremely pleased by the Local guides. They were upfront and clear about the whole process beginning with travel itinerary, help with the visa process, travel costs and so on. The agents were cordial, and always responded promptly during the pre travel phase of the journey.
Once our tour started, I was pleasantly surprised by the enthusiasm of the guides to show everything possible at different sites. The guides as well as the driver were very friendly and helpful.
The organization of the itinerary and the logistics were very well planned. All hotels, with the exceptionption of one, were very good.
The only shortcoming that I can think of, was the food that was local thoroughout the journey. It lacked variety and there was no other option. However, this is not the fault of the travel agency since all restaurants served only local food.
Overall, I can summarize that I had a great experience. The trip was very well planned, organized and successfully completed.
