Amazing experience. The country is beautiful, the program balances activities and free time, and shows you many less touristy aspects. Being in the crater of an active volcano and surfing on Red Island was incredible. And we had the best guide in the world. Thank you very much Gede!

Sri Lanka was an amazing country to experience. The Explore itinerary is well thought out to cover a variety of places and experiences, as much as it can be done in a short two weeks time. I loved the Sigiriya climb and the Hortons plains walk the most. And the elephants and their babies, of course.
The accommodation was good. The food was plentiful, and usually not an issue to find something for everyone's taste. There were times when I felt we had been faced with one too many buffet options, when lighter choices would have been more desirable. But I understand that a buffet was usually the most expedient way to accommodate a group of our size.
With 12 people in the group, mostly solo travellers, we had a very good dynamic. People were always included if they so desired, and also had the option to step out of the group bubble and do their own thing.
Hector, our driver, was a joy to be around, always attentive, safe, and going out of his way to make sure we were all taken care of, always with a smile. Thank you Hector!
And not the least, Nala, our tour leader, was the secret ingredient that made it all even better. Always with a big smile and a big heart, assessing everyone's needs and desires and trying to accommodate everyone, Nala was a treasure trove of information about Sri Lanka. Ive just finished the 13 day tour in Thailand with the wonderful team leader Molly!! This trip has honestly been the best thing I have done in life, its been absolutely amazing!! each day was truly jaw dropping, we done some absolutely amazing things! Molly has been such a pleasure to have as a team leader, she is so nice and makes you feel so relaxed from the minute you get off the plane until you get back on! Im already planning another trip with Intro cannot wait to go back! Would recommend anyone of any age! Suitable for all! ˜˜
Thailand was incredible!!!! The people here are very nice, and all the hotels and transfer services in Thailand were good quality. The trip was smooth, we didn't have any complain. Big thanks to the team!! In my opinion, Phuket was the highlight for me, the beach was gorgeous, and the nightlife was so much fun. Highly recommend this trip!!!
Good balance of included and optional activities. The hotels were centrally located which made it easy to explore the place on one’s own. CEO did a good job of communicating the itinerary, pacing the activities, and giving us informative overviews of the local history in all the places we visited.
