Ancient Kathmandu valley boasts of a considerably high number of cultural sites recognized by UNESCO as World Heritage Sites. All these sites are related to the spiritual traditions practiced in the region, which blend different cultures and lifestyles. The thousands of temples, stupas, pagodas and monuments inside the valley have made Kathmandu famous around the world as the City of Temples, while the mountains encircling the valley give panoramic views. The valley is comprised of three medieval cities - Kathmandu, Patan and Bhaktapur, and each city has its own artistic exposition of graceful temples, elegant palaces, brick-paved courtyards and quaint streets. Besides the three cities, there are also a number of other important sites in the periphery of the mountains. On this trip, we'll tour some of the most important sites and learn more about the cultural and natural landscapes of Kathmandu Valley.
When the opportunity presented itself, I jumped at the chance to go to India for the first time. It’s impossible to experience everything this beautiful country has to offer in just 4 days but with this Golden Triangle Tour I received a great first introduction to the vast history, artistry and diversity of India. Sartaj helped me get set up. He was patient and prompt in addressing all my questions. He made this experience special from beginning to end. Each guide who met me was knowledgeable, friendly and kind. I felt very fortunate to have been paired with Arif in New Delhi, Viki in Agra, and Yusuf in Jaipur. I learned so much from each of them. They worked with me and made sincere efforts to adapt to my interests and needs whenever possible. My assigned driver Manik was my constant companion throughout the tour. He always made me feel safe and well cared for. As a female solo traveler I give this tour two thumbs up. I would gladly work with them again if the opportunity presents itself. Reasonable price, quality experience, knowledgeable team, helpful, safe & secure, friendly, patient, clear & prompt communication, and willingness to consider my personal interests. From a rickshaw tour through the narrow streets of Old Delhi, to the magical Taj Mahal and the multilayered grand Agra Fort, to the whimsical Hawa Mahal and the Pink City… This tour left me wanting to return to India again very soon.
My friend and I have agreat time in upper mustang in last Mei 2025. This trip arranged very well. The guide and the driver will take care of you, not only professionally but like a family. They have a good knowledge about the place, we have a very good time there.
