I had an amazing wonderful experience visiting Bhutan with this company over the past week. From the start to the end of the trip, I was very well taken care of by Tsenrig (owner), Kar Chung (guide) & Leki (driver). My itinerary was adapted to my likings (nature, local cultural experience & food) and Maebar delivered well!
Key highlights of the trip include: leisurely walks across the pine forests at Phobjikha Valley & rustic authentic villages, a challenging hike to Tiger's Nest at 4000m high, a unique local hot stone bath & cuisine dinner in a village home, immersing myself in ancient architectures & monastery way of life at Punakha and Rinpung Dzongs hundreds of years old etc.
All hotel lodgings arranged were very comfortable, clean & spacious. The all inclusive food was a good mix of familiar international cuisine, as well as additional local Bhutanese food.
I leave Bhutan with fond memories and appreciation of its unique & rich heritage. Many thanks to Tsenrig, Kar Chung and Leki for a wonderful trip!

My husband, Dr George Thomas & I have just completed a tour of a few cities in your beautiful country from 15th June to 22nd June. I wished to give you feedback regarding the trip from it's planning to its implementation.
1) Nick Cheng was a pleasure to deal with: Prompt, courteous and so approachable. I called him up many times, sometimes even beyond his official hours, but he was always available for me. I'm impressed by his professionalism, and his customized planning of an excellent holiday where I could enjoy the beauty, as well as, the culture of your great country. I grade him 10/10, a marvelous performance indeed!
2) All three guides, Simon, Susan and Anna were very good representatives of your country & its culture. They were informative without being pushy, respected time, allowed us to enjoy the sights and doubled up as friends & photographers when needed! I have fallen in love with your country because I saw many Chinese people were happy and comfortable with the lives they lead.
One week in China was an eye opening experience. I'm amazed & admiring of the changes wrought in the country & would love to visit again, when possible.
Regards,
Embark on an unforgettable cultural journey through the heart of Uzbekistan — a land where ancient traditions meet breathtaking architecture and vibrant everyday life. Your adventure begins in Tashkent, the dynamic capital where you'll explore the spiritual center of the Khast-Imam Complex, home to the famed Quran of Caliph Uthman, and experience the lively rhythms of daily life at the colorful Chorsu Bazaar. Marvel at the blend of Islamic and Soviet-era architecture as you stroll through wide boulevards and charming courtyards. Next, travel to Bukhara, one of Central Asia’s most sacred cities, where history whispers from every brick. Walk through narrow, sun-drenched alleyways and discover masterpieces like the intricately patterned Samanid Mausoleum — one of the oldest Islamic monuments in the region — and the mighty Ark Fortress, once home to emirs and their courts. Wander through bustling market domes and peaceful madrassahs, where the scent of spices and the shimmer of handwoven textiles fill the air. In Samarkand, the fabled crossroads of the Silk Road, uncover a stunning mosaic of cultures and beliefs. Admire the soaring tile-clad minarets and turquoise domes of Registan Square, explore the Jewish Quarter with its centuries-old synagogue, and feel a sense of serenity at the Nakshbandi Sufi complex. Visit the Ulugbek Observatory, where 15th-century astronomers studied the stars, and the Afrosiab Museum, which reveals layers of ancient history buried beneath this iconic city. From sacred shrines and glittering domes to vibrant bazaars and scholarly legacies, this immersive journey offers a rare glimpse into Uzbekistan’s soul. As you bid farewell, you'll carry with you unforgettable impressions of a land rich in beauty, hospitality, and timeless heritage.
