Incredible experience!
My wife and I just got back from our trip to East Africa. For the first leg of our adventure, we booked thru bookmundi the 4day Serengeti experience with a local travel operator.
It was incredible. We were blessed with a great day in the Serengeti, seeing 23 different lions in one day! The most amazing was a full pride, Momma and 3 babies crawling around the Cape Buffallo they had taken down, were soon joined by her 2 other female lion hunting partners. Just around the corner was Dad enjoying the morning sun after filling his belly. We spent some time admiring him alone before any other drivers came to investigate.
We also saw a leopard dragging an impala it had caught back to the hill it had been hiding in, as well as elephants, giraffes and so many of the usual gang roaming around Africa!
Highly recommend it! Manyara was quite as full of visible animals, being a dense forest, but if you like monkeys, the baboons will not disappoint! Troops of hundreds.

This safari exceeded all my expectations. We departed from Dar es Salaam and enjoyed a cross-country drive where we got to soak in the Tanzanian wilderness. Arriving in Selous was like going back in time, everything was so wild and beautiful. Completely off-grid. We stayed at Hippo camp which was a nice little collection of wooden lodges on the river side with a great view. All meals (even the packed lunches) were of a high quality.
My favourite wildlife moment was feeding the bush babies at night in Hippo camp - wish I could have taken one home. On the third day we woke up before sunrise for a jungle walk with an incredible guide who entertained us and told us 'bush' stories wish were certainly unforgettable! The wildlife in Selous was definitely up to scratch and it was so enjoyable to cruise through the varying and outstandingly beautiful wilderness. Book it now!

My husband and I recently returned from a eight days safari in Tanzania, the wildlife was really exciting. We saw many animals in the nature. This was one of the best experiences we ever had. Everything was organised perfectly. Accommodation was superb and the game drives were exceptional. A special mention to our guide for being amazing. He was very friendly, but at the same time he also allowed us plenty of time to ourselves. I really suggest to you to do this.

I and a few of my university friends took part in this 7-day tour, and the experience was mind-blowing! Going out on a game drive in the morning, I heard the roar of the lions in the savannah as the sun rose, saw the hunting of cheetahs in the afternoon, and sat by the campfire at night and talked under the sky full of them. The travel team arranged everything so nicely for us that we never felt bored or tired. Especially in the Serengeti, seeing the wildebeest migration in front of the eyes - that roar, that tremor, that race - still rings in the ears. The first day we went to Tarangire and saw many elefants, giraffes, lions, monkeys etc. It was a fun and interesting start of our adventure. The next day we passed Ngorongoro and went to Serengeti. Beside other animals, we saw leopards and buffalos! It was amazing. We also had buffalos around our camp during the night so that was pretty awesome. The last day we saw rhino in the crater! We saw all of the Big 5! Great experience, worth the money and I would definitely recomend it to anyone. We stoped at masai village (Longoko) for an entrance fee of 50$ per car and it was interesting as well.

We saw sights I will never forget. Our guide made a great effort to allow us to see rare events. We saw every animal you could ever expect to see in Africa. Lions, leopards, elephants, rhinos, cheetahs with cubs, cheetahs eating a kill. All of these were at close range. Our guide Rashid had incredible knowledge of all of the animal and plant life we encountered. As a bonus Rashid gave us an amazing history lesson about Tanzania. Our meals were excellent and varied. Just an incredible trip.

We have just returned from our unforgettable Adventure which was organized by this tour operator. Each day of our safari was amazing, We had a brilliant guide who knows where and when to see the best animals on action and he even speaks a very fluent English and he took care of us from the day one to the last day of our safari.
During the safari you will spend a lot of time with your guide so it’s very important to have a guide to explain to you, make jokes and tell you more of his country, Culture and history and we were very like to have Herman as our guide.
The meals was amazing and we got served hot lunches on lunchtime and our jeep was filled with plenty of Water, Wines, Beer and Soda, we saw lot of other tourists having their cold packed food.
Through Herman we learnt a lot about Animals, Cultures, He never rushed and allowed us to take many beautiful pictures as much as we wanted. We saw all the Big Five and the rest of other wild animals like antelopes, giraffes and birds.
The roads are not good so prepare yourselves for a free African Massage as Daudi the Manager told us during the briefing.
Also trust their selection of lodges and am sure you will never regret, Daudi suggested to us Ngorongoro Serena, Intimate Camp, Mara Luxury Lodge and Four seasons. Those lodges are expensive but unlike others the tour company prepared a proposal with reasonable price while other International agencies charged us more and more.
Always book your safari with a local agency like this one as we did for affordable prices. Save yourself the time we spent and Choose Meijo Safaris.
We would definitely recommend this tour and the tour company for unforgettable adventures.
