Friendly and prompt communication with Steve, flexibility and willingness to meet our needs and kind of gut feeling ;)
Booking process was very easy and at the end we put a trust in Steve and sent 75% of the payment - we were travelling to Zanzibar before and we did not want to carry that much cash.
My 2 friends and I, we went for 9 days safari with following itinerary: Tanzania starting in Arusha - Tarangire National Park, Lake Manyara with walk, Serengeti, Ngorongoro Crater, Empakai Crater, Kenya - Amboseli with walk. We had amazing guides, I could not wish for better company, we had a lot of fun and I learnt so much about animal, Masai culture and life of African people. In Tanzania our guide was Godlove Goodluck and in Kenya - Onesmus. We had also cook named Alifa - cooking is really his passion and food was tasty. Much better than in any African restaurant we had been :D
Everything was organized and yeah, sure, things did go sideway, as our car got broken, but what I appreciate is how the things were handled and what Steve did to make sure our trip is untouched (new car was sent, meantime rescue car camet to not lose any game drive etc). And to make it up Steve made us amazing surprise. We were flying out of Nairobi at 6 am so he arranged for us home stay at lovely Kenyan family. We had wonderful last night in Africa with his friends. We could not wish for more. Ah, one more great surprise from Steve! We had budget safari with basic accommodation to keep cost as lower as possible, and is like Steve would know us better, he booked for our last 2 nights amazing lodge with swimming pool and view on Kilimanjaro. After diving and 9 days in the car on bumpy roads this was like a dream!
I can honestly recommend Steve and his team for organization of your Safari. Steve - thank you so much for amazing experience and providing us great guides, this made all difference.

Everything was perfect for this safari, the organization, the guide, the parks, the accommodations. We had the chance to share this trip with our guide who I would like to point out that made this safari an unforgettable experience. From start to finish this trip was perfect. In Tanzania, our guide was a top notch professional and extremely knowledgeable, taking us off the beaten path to provide us with an unrivaled experience in the parks. Our tour operator's advice for Tanzania were also unimpeachable. Our guide provided us with a social and political perspective no travel brochure could provide. It was a privilege for us to have him share his story with us which was honest, raw, and poignant and changed us in profound ways. We surprised by the level of hospitality from the owner of the tour operator, he organized for us a free BBq dinner at the end of our trip and he bother to drive us to the airport himself he made us felt we paid less for all we got. We recommend you to our friends and travelers.

"Planning this Kilimanjaro trip was hardest task of my life, from the choice of operator, to the preparation of all group equipments. As a student, the hesitation and uncertainty of traveling to Africa took me sometime. It was great that my friend recommended this tour company to our group, and from the first email, everything went smooth with a lot of advise on how to prepare from the company’s experts. We felt safe from the time we landed at the airport, the smiling faces from the team and comfortable talk from the guide, Faza, was the inspiration beyond our summit success. The meals, the equipment the team was best, there was a time other climbers looked at the fun and joyful time we had in our group. I will never forget having a pizza on the mountain. Our chef Dan was amaizing. We ware very pleased to see the mixture of men and women on the team, everyone was doing the best to make us comfortable. This 14-day Tanzania Safari in Style package was one of the best experiences of our lives. The journey begins in Arusha, and each destination is a different story. When a huge lion walked past us through the car window in Serengeti, it really felt like we were inside a scene from a documentary. Our guide was very knowledgeable and sincere. He not only showed us the wildlife but also introduced us to the Maasai culture. "The most breathtaking experiences courtesy of this local tour operator. The safari gave my family an opportunity to connect with local communities. We visited a nearby village and had the chance to interact with the friendly locals, learning about their culture, traditions, and way of life. The sunset game drive was incredible, as the golden sun dipped below the horizon, we found ourselves surrounded by the enchanting sounds of nature. We saw everything we wanted to see. Next time I would like to experience more village life. The tour was very well set up and it was fun. We had a very good driver. Adrian he was very personal, professional, knowledgeable, organized, and a great driver.

Discovering northern Tanzania national parks was long time dream.
We were looking for a local company that would offer us flexibility and quality service.
All went perfect : organization before we arrived, during our trip regarding quality of logistics, accommodation, transportation and food as well as quality of our guides, to the transfer on the way back to the airport. All was made for us to feel like home while preserving the specificity of our experience in a wonderful environment.
