Beautiful trip full of activities a lot of running around. But again I was very disappointed about how try the Delta was. I was looking forward to it about Safari and it was not provided. I spent a lot of money on this trip and felt I was kind of ripped off at the end. Other accommodations were really very nice. But again I should?ve been warned prior to the trip that they were suffering. A great drought. I would?ve made other changes. I felt that the adventures were National Geographic should?ve relocated us to the northern part of the Delta, which apparently did have water. That was really very disappointing

Although we've traveled independently as well as with a number of other tour companies over the years, this was our first trip with G Adventures/National Geographic Journeys. I did Lemosho route this June 2015 with ANAPA Travel. I warmly recommend this local agency: the trip was adjusted to my personal needs (regarding budget and paying, dates of the trip etc.) due to the very friendly and service oriented tour operator Tumaini. I also had a great guide (ask for Marwa) and team on the mountain. There was nothing I could complain about. I planned the tour via internet in advance - very reliable.

We opted to do the 6 day marangu route with anapa travel - I have to say our guides, porters, cooks and server were outstanding. Very knowledgeable about the flora and fauna on the trail. We felt very comfortable and safe with this team and would hike with them again.

My room mate and I made the decision to embark on this adventure, and we both agree that it was without a doubt the most memorable experience of our lives. Mohamed, our tour guide, was really kind and helpful during our time together, and he took very good care of us. The desert is a breathtaking and beautiful place to visit. The accommodations were wonderful, and they even had a pool. Along the route, there were a number of rest spots with restrooms and refreshment areas . We had a great time participating in the many outdoor activities that were available, particularly the horseback riding, hiking, and quad biking. I highly recommend them!
