West Africa Tours in June 2026

I am a novice hiker. While some of the walking was a little more challenging than I had anticipated – there are steep hills – I may have been put off if I had known that first: that would have been a shame because I thoroughly enjoyed it and can happily recommend it. The trip was well organised, could flex to the changes in the weather, has led by a friendly pro who knew his stuff and kept us motivated and safe. The generous, home-cooked meals were delicious, and the accommodation, though basic, was comfortable. Overall, it was a wonderful introduction to hiking, to this beautiful part of Spain, and to the warm and welcoming group I was lucky to join.

Where to start! What an AMAZING holiday. Our guide and driver was KK. He was so calm, knowledgeable, funny and VERY patient with our group of 11 . He had such respect for the animals and the countryside. KK seemed to have a sixth sense as to where to find the best places to view beautiful animals like the leopard, wild dogs, elephants, lions, buffalo and many other animals. The wild camping was fantastic (basic but brilliant). The support staff at each site were so caring and spoilt us with amazing meals. The easiest way to describe this trip - Each day another life affirming experience came our way. NOTE: The schedule IS full on with early starts every morning. The BEST holiday I have ever had 😁

My friend and I wanted to go on an adventurous trip that kept us busy and wasn’t boring. In my research I had found this New Zealand trip from CharlieTheTraveler. It looked amazing and I was impressed when we booked the trip, the company prepared us thoroughly. By the time we left, I barely had to plan anything to get ready which was so great! It was also great to see all aspects of New Zealand, both natural and cultural. The cable car ride up Bob’s Peak was a unique experience. The views were breathtaking and the entire tour was well-organized. That was the moment I couldn’t believe where I was and that it was all real!

China Highlights was an amazing trip, I enjoyed it from the begining to the end. I am very happy with this trip, Olly, out tour leader, was great and very helpfull, he took care lf all of us. Thank you for a wonderfull trip.

We are happy we took the tour. It was conducted at a good pace where the participants were always had something to see. Heather (tour manager) was very knowledgeable about Colorado. It was worth the money we paid.

Arturo was the best leader ever and would highly recommend him for the leader of the year. The trip was varied and taught be so much. Definitely ( if you can!) go to Inti Raymi. The most spectacular event I have ever seen The Amazon extension was well worth the money as stayed in superb lodges with excellent food
