This trip is an excellent introduction to China, and I would highly recommend it for anyone who's travelling to China for the first time. Advice from both the trip manager (who was brilliant btw) and local guides made everything nice and smooth. There is a lot packed into the 12 days, but completely worth it

This is an amazing trip to experience a few islands and not feel overly rushed compared to other contiki trips. Our tour guide was absolutely amazing and the accommodations were pretty nice as well. Just know Contiki trips are filled with different kinds of people looking for different things, so don’t be afraid to meet new people whose expectations align with yours.

This was an amazing trip and one I’ll remember for a very long time. Scotland and Ireland were absolutely magical, and we were incredibly lucky with phenomenal weather that made the experience even more special. The biggest highlight of the trip was definitely our trip manager and driver — shout out to Bex and Barni for making this such a memorable experience. Their energy, organization, humor, and knowledge added so much to the trip and helped create such a positive atmosphere for the whole group. The itinerary had a great balance of sightseeing, experiences, and travel time. I also appreciated the variety of optional add-ons because there was truly something for everyone — from sheepdog demonstrations and petting Highland coos to experiences like the Midleton Distillery (Jameson) and Guinness tours. My advice to future travelers: put yourself out there. Talk to your travel mates, say yes to experiences, and allow yourself to step outside your comfort zone a little. That’s where a lot of the magic happens. The only downside for me was some of the lodging. A few rooms felt cramped, and some hotels had very open-concept “sexy” showers that lacked privacy since they opened directly into the room instead of being behind a proper bathroom door. It wasn’t a dealbreaker, but it’s something future travelers should be aware of. Overall, this trip was unforgettable, and I genuinely hope future travelers feel as much magic on this journey as I did.

This was the trip of a lifetime and Croatia is a bucket list destination!!! The crew on the boat was so great and accommodating and our guide, Maddy, was so amazing! Having our itinerary for the day already prepared makes traveling so stress free. One pro tip- book an upper deck cabin! Seriously don’t think twice, BOOK THIS!!!

The trip was amazing, our guide, Jaksha, was super helpful in navigating the islands and the transport between them. Without him I would have been lost. I wish I knew about the longer trip that went to the additional island as it wasn’t super clear that was an option when booking

What worked well about our trip was that before the trip even began we took it upon ourselves to meet up for drinks to allow ourselves to get the know each other a bit before the trip started. This was useful and and think it would be good for other groups to do as well because it meant that on day one we weren’t complete strangers and we had an idea of who a couple people were. The destinations that we went to everyday were breathtaking and even though we’re saw so much each day was a new adventure and experience that I will remember for the rest of my life. Going on the European Adventure allowed me to meet people who have now become life long friends that I can’t imagine my life without them while also allowing me to tick off placed on my bucket list that I never thought I would have been able to see. This trip had thought me so much not only about myself but also about Europe and the history of the world that we live in.
