It’s a steep ascent to Namche Bazaar, capital of the Kumbu Sherpas. A rest day here aids acclimatization and there are great optional walks to enjoy the area. We then follow the trail to famous Tengboche, located high on a ridge where a magnificent 360-degree panorama awaits. While passing Buddhist monasteries, views of Everest get closer every day. We trek up to Everest Base Camp (5,365 m), the dream destination of many intrepid trekkers. This is an absolutely fantastic trip. It is diverse in terms of climate, type of rain forest, topography and ,Eco systems. you see The Caribbean and the Pacific,You experience High mountains ,volcanic areas ,pristine sandy beaches and huge range of mammals and birds. The food In all the places we stayed and in the local restaurants was great if you are a meat and fish eater. The accommodation excellent with contrasts between the Eco lodges and the small hotels which are you appreciate both !,

This was a very comprehensive tour from Mexico City to the Yucatan Peninsular visiting many amazing archaeological sites, colonial cities, markets, churches and seeing different local products being made. It also gave us the opportunity to sample a wide range of different Mexican foods including a lesson on how to prepare, cook and present a typical Mexican meal. Also interesting to see the varied wildlife and often stunning scenery.

Brilliant trek with stunning mountain scenery though very remote villages, a great way to experience nepalease culture. Our guide Raju was amazing. He is an excellent mountain guide and made sure we crossed the larke pass safely in snow. Dhawar our porter was also great. A fantastic experience, highly recommended, ask for Raju.

The trip is excellent, coach journeys over the Andes, moonscapes and volcanoes with snow on the peaks. Machu Picchu is stunning. The condors were happy to come out and play. The hotels were good. The homestay on the island was charming and the people genuinely hospitable without being pushy. The food served to us on the homestay was the best meal I ate in Peru, simple and tasty.

I have now done the Philippines tour and the Thailand tour. This review is for the Philippines tour. Everything was stress free, got to see everything we wanted to. The accommodation was of a decent standard, the activities and travel was all thought out and good fun. You get a nice bit of free time too. We over the moon with our group leader Jess. She was knowledgeable, funny, organised and quality at karaoke. Jess made everything seamless. Would book a third trip with Intro!
