It was a wonderful trip, this was my first guided bus trip.saw so many incredible places. Had no idea what to expect. We did add extra tours to go on, wanted to see it all.I realized for me I would have liked some down time before rushing to dinner. Next time I would carefully chose my extra tours & would like more 2 nights @ hotels if possible

The entire tour was wonderful. Both tour managers were excellent and enjoyed their guidance and commentary while on tour. All the sites and experiences in both countries were exciting and interesting. The accommodations were all very good locations, had great service, and the morning buffets were wonderful. We have gone on several Collette tours and each one has been great, well planned out and executed without any problems.

A brilliant holiday with such a great bunch of people. Matteo, the tour leader, was excellent, very passionate about the area and hiking and he took great care of the group ensuring that everyone was safe and having a good time. He also had a great sense of humour and helped us become a very strong group. The accommodation was rustic but very clean. The Amalfi Coast was absolutely stunning and we saw the best of it on foot: from the well known towns to beaches to lemon groves and roman steps. There were beautiful sea views wherever we looked. I thought the whole thing was very well thought out and I would definitely travel with Explore again.

A specific tour for history buffs. Lots of Ancient Greek and Roman sites together with lots of churches. We travelled around the whole island, which is not possible on your own if you don't want to drive. Good planning for driving days, with an hour and a half on the bus and then a visit. Interesting talks that add to your understanding of what you are seeing.
