Balkans Tours in Spring

This is an amazing journey. I saw more National Parks and sites that would be hard to beat. Our tour guide, Jon Rammelkamp was the best tour guide in the world. He is so He possesses an extensive knowledge base. And plays the best music to fit the actual itinerary. HB was the best coach driver and was able to maneuver the mountains and parking lots like it was nothing.

This was our first time experiencing a bus tour internationally. Trafalgar has set the bar high for future travels. They were exceptional, and professionally yet personable in every way. Every detail was thought out! It was a 100% stress free itinerary. Trafalgar arranged transportation to and from the airport. The hotel staff was well aware who was on what bus tour and what group was put together. We were able to see so much more of Ireland by joining Trafalgar than if we went independently. We had an extremely talented coach driver, Steve, who took pride in keeping the bus clean, being on time to destinations so we could fully enjoy our tours, and Steve was the best driver getting through some pretty tight spots at times. Sally, our tour guide, was just as amazing as Steve! She was the most thoughtful tour guide we could have had! She had such a smoothing voice when giving us information. She knew everyone’s birthday and anniversary and gave out gifts all week. She was helpful when any of us needed information. Her attention to detail and how important it was to be on time was wonderful! It shows in who Trafalgar hires that really emphasizes the importance of their employees. I would love to go on another trip with Trafalgar in the future and see the talents crew do their magic to help our experience become seamless! Well done Trafalgar!!!!,

This tour hits the highlights of Croatia. I would not recommend the excursion to Montenegro as the customs stop adds an hour and 1/2 to a long bus ride. Kotor in Montenegro is an interesting walled city. The tour guide and bus driver were top rate. They couldn’t have been better.

Micke was an excellent tour guide. Stefan was an excellent bus driver in Norway. Stockholm City Hall with the gold mosaic displays was amazing. There are too many memorable moments to list.

The tour was exceptional. It had a good blend of sightseeing and activities to participate in. Outstanding tour director and local guides. The Chinese were friendly and welcoming. Country entry and exit lines were a breeze. Would recommend to anyone.

Dave and Ash were perfect hosts, guides, commentators, drivers, chaperones, in fact,you name it they were it! From start to finish they were consummate professionals, courteous, polite, knowledgeable, amusing and perfect hosts in every way. They are superb ambassadors not just for AAT Kings but also, for the beautiful country of Australia! Every attraction on the tour was greeted with enthusiasm by our hosts and even a couple of trips that were in their 'infancy' on the schedule and didn't quite match the enormity and splendour of the other trips were very enjoyable due to their honesty, participation and support. Accommodation throughout was superb, ranging from luxury City hotels to a couple of much smaller out of the way motels that were still a very good standard and beautifully clean. Everywhere we went we were supplied with wonderful food at excellent venues and always with a smile. Great banter on board our bus was helped and in the main initiated by Dave and Ash and apart from a couple of 'old sticks in the mud' everyone joined in and made the very best of our time together. Would we return with AAT? Of course we would. Would we prefer to go with Dave and Ash? You bet your sweet 'Ash' we would!!! Thank you one and all. We will be back!
