Zagreb Tours in September 2027

Our tour director was excellent and focused entirely on his tour’s every need. Excellent tour with interesting extra tours able to added on. The food was good, although the included wine was not great, even on the vineyard tour, with the exception of the farewell dinner. Leave on a high and all that ! Thoroughly recommend, lots to see and do.

This was my first experience with Explore. Most people on the trip had been on numerous trips with Explore, which was impressive. After this experience I would consider other possibilities with Explore as well. I prefer to travel with a small group, which was one of the attractions for me to sign on with Explore; the pace was relaxing, the hotels were modest but very clean with great breakfast options and the walks were beautiful. Our tour leader, Damir, was excellent - a nice blend of professional and friendly and an astonishing historian regarding Croatia!

This was my first trip with Explore. Enjoyed the walks. The hotels were satisfactory. Our tour guide, Damir, was exceptional. He was extremely knowledgeable, and made every effort to make the trip special for us.

Beautiful country, very good walks providing you are fit and amazing culture and history provided by an excellent tour leader. I also cannot thanks the Explore emergency line enough. They has to rebook me twice and it is highly unlikely I would have got home on the day without their rebooking me. I would still be in the enormous Air Croatia rebooking queue! One member of staff came in on a Sunday to help. The same issue going and Lufthansa just unhelpful, I was so stressed and they were so supportive.

I enjoyed the trip very much. The trip contained important places to visit in each city. The guides were helpful and polite. I have a few suggestions: You may want to add 1 extra day in Bulgaria as an optional or keep it for 2 days instead of one day. Also the English interpreters were always very short in description compared to the Spanish interpreters. It should be equal . Also suggest, a map of important REAS TO VISIT ON YOUR OWN to be provided each day so we are not looking for google maps and info on google to see what to visit. Hotels were excellent except for one hotel. I plan to take another trip with you but want to have some assurance that enough English speaking will be in the tour at least 10-15 and the tour guides are paying equal importance in description of our trip. Excellent coordination in picking up from airport and at all daily events. When I needed to call, I got only Spanish answers and not English and this is not helpful for an English speaking person.

I loved this tour from start to finish! Saw and learned so much. Our tour leader Emma and driver Gabrielle were awesome. Made so many friends from all over the world. Can't wait to go on another Expat Tour
