Tirana 8-Day Tours and Trips

The trip was great! It was the first trip so it was really great to experience that and provide feedback so future travellers can have as good a time as we did! Good balance of free time and included/paid add ons. The two included dinners were brilliant, delicious and beautiful venues. Lots of beaches so if you love the beach then this is for you. The peaks were magnificent (and slightly cooler) with the hike being a highlight. Our ground team were brilliant, friendly and so knowledgable. Would highly recommend!

Early September in Albania was too hot for walking! It was also very humid on some of the walks, particularly day 1. I enjoyed the coastal walks with opportunity to swim on more remote beaches. Our guide Besi was fantastic. He was well organised and good fun. He took us to some great places to eat.

This trip is a perfect introduction to the beauty and culture of Albania combining the cultural highlights of Tirana and Berat as well as the walking in the Albanian Alps.

We had a great trip! The scenery was beautiful, the guide was knowledgeable and engaging, the hikes were just right, and the lodging and abundant food were provided by locals. Highly recommended.

A great way to discover a little of this real gem of a country, this trip combines some amazing days of walking with interesting cultural sights. The walking is truly first rate, perfect for day hikes, the days in the mountains are full of unspoilt beauty and rugged terrain, always with comfortable (and surprisingly good quality) accommodation waiting at the end of the day. Coupled with days sightseeing in Berat, Prizen and Kruja, this makes for a truly enjoyable, memorable trip.

After riding the southern Albania trip last year I had to go for this one. It was a fantastic trip over the mountains with beautiful views every day, the lakes, the mountains, the valleys. It was a bit tough going at times but it was worth the effort. The scenery was quite different to the southern trip. I'm glad I did both. Macedonia was different again. Lots of small farms with their goods on display by the roadside. Ohrid, UNESCO town was very picturesque overlooking lake Ohrid.
