Beyond the UNESCO treasures, you’ll visit Shkodra, the ancient Illyrian capital, and Tirana, where centuries-old landmarks stand beside vibrant modern life. The tour’s unique highlight is its immersive approach to history, blending site visits with engaging stories and cultural insights.

Accommodation, guidance, and transport are all included, ensuring a seamless and educational experience. For anyone eager to uncover one of Europe’s most underrated destinations, this tour package is an invitation to discover Albania’s hidden gems.

day 1Tirana

You will be welcomed by a member of our staff and accompanied to the hotel where you will be staying the first night. Depending on the time of your arrival, we will explore the city.
A city since 1614 and the capital of Albania since 1920, Tirana is the country's main cultural hub. Discover a city famous for the colorful facades of its buildings and the harmony between the various religions in the country.
Time permitting, we will visit the National Museum located on Skanderbeg Square, which will be a nice introduction to the rich Albanian history. Close to this square, we will be able to see the mosque "Et'hem Bey", which has been preserved even during the communist era for its historical value, the opera, the clock tower, and the palace of culture.
We will next visit the superb Orthodox Cathedral as well as the Catholic Cathedral. You will also see the pyramid (the Museum of the former dictator, Enver Hoxha).
