San Francisco National parks Trips

Was very hesitant at first because of the price of trip but was so worth it. If I had booked this by myself it would have been stressful but Contiki and trip manager handle everything for you. The trip manager was amazing and gave us all the useful information we needed for each stop. All the locations were iconic too and all the people on the trip were friendly. Will not forget it.

This was an absolutely phenomenal trip! It was great to see so many incredible places and make so many amazing memories, with the Grand Canyon definitely being a highlight. The accommodation and included dinners were all fantastic, as were the add on experiences such as the hot air balloon. Our Tour Manager was incredibly knowledgeable about every place we visited and made everyone feel so welcome - as a first time solo traveller I was very grateful for this! Will 100% be travelling with Contiki again!

It was well planned, the recommendations on free time were great and the planned activities were also great. Our tour leader was fantastic. I would’ve liked to stay in the park in Yosemite and 1 extra night in San Francisco.

The tour was magnificent in terms of scenery, experience and adventure. The CEO (driver and babysitter) was excellent. The hotels were adequate but a little varied in quality. The bus was a little cramped.

Overall this was an excellent tour. It moved along at a nice pace. I appreciated spending several days in the Sequoia/Yosemite area. Experiencing the varied desert landscapes was fascinating. Megan was knowledgeable and a good driver. She was very accomodating when people wanted to do something different from the rest of the group.

My trip on the California National Park Discovery with G-Adventures was unforgettable, thanks to our amazing CEO, Charlie. He went above and beyond to make the experience special, even coordinating a surprise celebration for my 30th birthday. His infectious positive energy made the long drives enjoyable, and it was clear he genuinely cared about everyone in the group. The convenience of having everything organized?hotels, transportation, and activities?made it stress-free and fun. While the car rides were long, the breathtaking views made it worthwhile. I only wish we had more time for longer hikes, especially in Yosemite and Death Valley.
