San Francisco 8-Day Tours and Trips

My trip on the California National Park Discovery with G-Adventures was unforgettable, thanks to our amazing CEO, Charlie. He went above and beyond to make the experience special, even coordinating a surprise celebration for my 30th birthday. His infectious positive energy made the long drives enjoyable, and it was clear he genuinely cared about everyone in the group. The convenience of having everything organized?hotels, transportation, and activities?made it stress-free and fun. While the car rides were long, the breathtaking views made it worthwhile. I only wish we had more time for longer hikes, especially in Yosemite and Death Valley.

It was all very fun! Loved walking across the Golden Gate, the director *personal info removed by Feefo* and bus driver *personal info removed by Feefo* were excellent, the hotels were fabulous, the winery/Ag tour/Happy Girl were outstanding ! The only thing I would change is add a half hour -1 hr to the Mariposa stop and Yosemite stop near Bridal Veil falls( for more time to get to the museum and enjoy).

It was a wonderful trip and I really enjoyed visiting all of the three parks. The group size was perfect. Katie was great at making sure everyone had a good time. I'm looking forward to another trip possibly as soon as next year. I highly recommend this one to anyone thinking about going.

I enjoyed trip very much. I've done two other group tours in the past, and this was by far the best one so far. The accommodations were way better than I was expecting. I got to see everything I was hoping to see and more. The night of star gazing was especially great.

This itinerary had a very good sampling of what Northern California offers. From San Francisco to Sonoma, Lake Tahoe to Yosemite to Monterey we sampled a wide variety of places and experiences.

This is a very fast moving tour and you have basically no downtime and the resorts or hotels you stay in. The one day we started breakfast at 7 and returned to the hotel at 10. Also, don't plan on seeing the General Sherman tree at Yosemite. Our tour guide took us on the shorter route. This was one of the main reasons I booked the trip. Overall, the amount of things we saw was great, but we felt rushed and if you were not in the front of the "pack" you did not hear the tour information. Monterey was awesome and so was the Sonoma valley!
